Yup, he's good at that....some don't get it.
"Bravo Jerry and Stephen!"

Can any of you give me statistics that show Zeke is well and above most RBs in the league still at doing this or are you just going off the narrative from 6 years ago?

Also if the case here is that we brought in Zeke for his pass blocking skills - might as well have resigned Tony Pollard. He didn't exactly break the bank with the Titans and looked better in pass protection than Zeke last time they were both together.

I don’t want anything to do with an RB who averages 3.5 YPC, by committee or otherwise.
Najee harris career 3.9 YPC starer in this league young less mileage hardly better...

Just so I don't get into this too deeply there's a big difference between a power back a three down back especially the one with a lot of mileage but Even so I'm just gonna pick this name out of a hat his name was Eddie George widely accepted as one of the better backs in the league during the time when it was a running era and it was favored towards the running backs because that's how they built the offensive lines he played nine years seven of his nine years we're under 4 yards per carry he had many that were around 3.5 his career was 3.6 yards per carry and I just mentioned a newer guy right up there I mean if it's OK for Pittsburgh to have a guy who's young hardly any mileage no excuse to only be 3.9 yards per carry??

So if this is your short yard yardage power back that's OK in my opinion as long as you have a guy like say deuce Vaughn or the young guy Peat who's like a 4.35ish guy who he just brought in to use as a change of pace scatback and you have a guy that can average 5 yards per carry in a limited role that can go out of the backfield and get you yards you know in the past game as well as the stretch plays that is how you set up a running back by committee they don't all have to be speed guys or high average guys...

Najee Harris sucks. We shouldn't be looking at the mistakes of other franchises to copy.

Maybe you should want nothing to do with a OLine that allows first contact at 2.0 yards a carry.

8 out of the 12 RB's with a 1,000+ rushing yards had 2.5 yards or more before contact. 5 of them were over 3.0 yards before contact.

Football is won in the trenches.

Before contact:

KC Pacheco. 2.7
McCaffrey 3.3

Dallas Pollard 2.1
NE Zeke 2.0

I don't need to show you anything...you have eyes, if you can't see it...I'm not surprised.

I love all the people posting Zeke highlights from multiple years ago on X. I can post Emmitt highlights too, but we don’t want him play football right now.

Hunter Leupke can literally do everything you want from Zeke at this stage of his career

It doesn't matter if you stack the box on 3rd and short for someone like Zeke. Some guys just have that knack for either moving the pile or wriggling through for that one yard as long as the line doesn't get pushed back into the backfield or whiff on 2-3 defenders so they're standing there waiting to help Zeke take the handoff. If you don't believe he can still do that then fine. It will be proven one way or the other on the field.
Ronnie you fired up yet?

He signed a 3 year 24 million dollar deal. Zeke signed for 3 million. If both were 3 million i'd imagine they'd have more interest in Pollard.
