Basically. Serves next 6 games.
If he loses is this it?
Yep utter crap.So fundamental fairness is off the table and she's ruling based on whether he can win at trial?

Well, they would still have the actual case itself to present to her. But let me tell ya.... if the injunction is denied, that's pretty much straight up telling him how she will rule in a couple months (or however long it took)...If he loses is this it?
It certainly looks like it...didn’t see that comingHe just threw Gooddell under the bus.
Isn't fundamental fairness exactly what NFLPA going to argue in trial?
He most certainly will.He can appeal, but will he want to?
He most certainly will.
This will go all the way up to SCOTUS if need be.
That's why I'm not worried about losing Zeke, even with an unfavorable outcome.
Unlike Brady, he's fighting this all the way.

I don't think he would be able to play though. As he should if he's innocent
Hope you’re right...about to find out!He may have to handle his appeal AFTER he serves his suspension if he doesn't get the injunction. I personally think he gets the injunction.
and she could also go the other way and decide he does have a good chance of winningYes, and the judge could rule that she doesn't see a sufficient enough likliehood of success at trial to justify the injunction.
This is like reading a game day thread, except you guys are maybe more pessimistic and have even less idea what's actually going on or what it means in the scheme of things.
