If it's 6 games I wouldn't be surprised at all if they bypass the appeal stage, and go right to court. That is unless there is information out there we are unaware of.

Brady tried that and got some NFLPA judge that hates the league to issue a judgement on a Technicality on the process and then the appeals court ruled under the player conduct policy that Goodell has the full authority to suspend players....Brady served his four games....

Can we just wait and see if Zeke is suspended or not and what evidence the league found before everyone goes off half cocked...

I personally don't see grounds (with what we know) for a suspension. It's just not there.

HOWEVER, I'm for whatever suspension will get Zeke to stop the ridiculous, unprofessional behavior. It's already old, and he just got here.

I watch with a rational and realistic mindset. So I will either be par for the course or pleasantly surprised. As opposed to pissed off because they are worse then expected. This was going to be a touch year anyway with the schedule we have. But all these suspensions are completely out of control. They will hurt us.

Well, I'm one of those blind homers that think we'll win it all every year. What can I say...lol

I actually bet $100 -$200 every year at a sports book for us to win the super bowl, so in actuality the Zeke suspension (and others) should push the odds down to 15 or 20-1, makes me look real smart in November/December if we get through this, then not so smart if we get knocked out early...lol.

Playing in the NFL is a privilege, and obviously teams still saw value in Brown, Stallworth and Little to continue to employ them even after those incidents.

To answer your question, I don't know either. I was only stating my opinion that ANYONE who KILLS someone from being reckless should not be allowed to play in the NFL. As far as the NFL being inconsistent with fines, punishments, etc, across the board, with all teams is a fact.

I wasn't disagreeing that the NFL is inconsistent. My post was over you thinking Jerry pulled strings to get Brent back in the NFL, even though 2 recent players had killed someone while DUIing, got suspended but still were allowed back into the league.
