To be honest, everytime Jerry talks I be like
. I think it was about going all in on Dak and throwing Romo to the curb. Jerry did it with the promise of a bright future. Well 4 years later and Dak's best statistical year was the Cowboys worse as a team.
I believe Jerry was willing to pay him. As I said before Jerry needed Dak to improve in order to justify the 2016 decision. Jerry needed Dak to be a Franchise QB and so he was willing to pay him.
But as time went on and Dak didn't sign, Jerry became more susceptible to a different view of what Dak's value actually is. I believe Mike had a hand in that.
Then Andy fell into our laps. A capable vet.
Up unto this point the only people who could not see the deficencies in Dak's game was Garrett, Jones, and a handful of stubborn fans
I believe this will be his last season unless he balls out. I am talking 12-4 or 11-5. 10-6 with this team will be a disappointments. I believe Andy could go 10-6 to be honest I don't think there isn't a starting QB that wouldn't go 10-6 with this team.
As far as moving forward without Dak. I think we will be fine. I bet if we took the 4th best QB in the Draft his stats would end up being comparable to Lawrence because of the supporting class.
Our War's are gonna be sick really exciting to watch. Zeke is Zeke and the ONline has questions but there's depth everywhere the cream should rise to the top
