We’ve seen what we are with Dak. And without Dak we don’t have anything .

But does Dak solve all of our problems without other of weaknesses properly addressed.

He was leading the league in passing with a top offense but we were still 1-3. 8-8 last year and peaked a couple times in divisional playoff losses.

If we have to over invest offensively for this mighty offensive train but it leaves the defense behind that ultimately leaves us out then I’m not sure this is the answer.

Also with us being 1-3, Dak being a good quarterback, had slow starts but was able to turn it on in heroic efforts and make a lot of yards and get us back into the game. The question is: is that sustainable for an entire season, making comebacks, playing a fast pace game to catch up and make a lot of yards? It requires a lot of extra work, when we as a team dig ourselves into a hole, which includes the quarterback, and then we are supposed to overcome that week in and week on. The chip kelly offense wasn't sustainable going at such a pace, and I felt that heroic almost comebacks as being the same. I mean they are alright if you mount such an effort a few times a season, but if you do that every week, eventually the team will tire out, injuries will happen, or the team will just give up when they get no results.

If Dak is enough to carry us without over investing in his supporting cast on offense , then I’d support paying him.

Funny when people make these claims that are disputed by facts and then they name call like little children.

Dak doenst have to carry anything. Its impossible for him to carry a defense. He just has to do his job.

Its Jerry's job to draft well and fix the defense.

Mahomes isnt enough to carry this defense to anything so that point is moot.

More troll misdirection. At the end of the day, these trolls simply cant live with the shame of Dak making them look like fools.

How has Dak made anyone look like fools? I would think most want Dallas to win a Super Bowl but anytime someone posts anything not pro Dak you people try and insult them, shame them, ridicule them, and cast aspersions simply to defend your unhealthy emotional lust for Dak.

Maybe you guys can up with something better than team record to discredit individual players. I think thats getting old by now.

The point is: Dak adds a lot of value to the team. But how are we going to get better if with the current team we can go 8-8 and then worse than 8-8 with him? If you overpay, then how are you going to plug the other holes in the team. I would offer Dak the same contract we offered him last time. But it could be tough if he wants more and I know team can't improve because I am overpaying.

All I know is that you have lost the Dak argument horribly and you simply cant live with the shame.

You know it as well.

You have resorted to calling people trolls yet they have lost the argument? Good luck with that.

Before Dak was injured I thought we shouldn't pay him. After these last two games we must pay Dak.
