I wonder if Jerry feels any shame for all the careers he's wasted

No, every year they have a chance. Every teams goal is to win the championship.
I am not talking about a chip and a chair chance. They had legitimate chances but just didn’t capitalize. 2007 comes to mind when the team had the #1 seed throughout the playoffs.

Just because the team didn’t win doesn’t mean they didn’t have a chance to win. That team could have beaten any team in the league.

Therefore, the player’s career haven’t been “wasted” as people try to claim.

Some of those players didnt want to win a chip first and foremost either. Majority of the names actually

Romo/Witten chose being bffs and Garrett over winning by running off TO and playing favorites.

Dez never tried to get better at the finer points of the game.

Zeke clearly doesnt care about winning after getting his bag. Same with Lawrence.

Id say Ware, Frederick and Zach/Tyron the only guys who really wanted to win without all the goofy extra stuff.
This aint it

1. Who hired Garrett

2. Zeke and Dez clearly succumbed to the woat culture we have here in Dallas. Zeke was a National Champion in college so miss me with that he doesnt care about winning.

3. Dez was absolutely fine here the last time we had a QB that can make all of the throws

Tom Brady and any other QB you can think of would not have won anything here under Jerry Jones post-Jimmy.

To sit here and blame the players is a sickness

"Would you get embarrassed if you were standing in this stadium? Seriously. The answer is no. Not at all.”

To some extent - Dez, Frederick

Probably on the way - Tyron, Martin, Dak, Zeke, D-Law

Dude is just a graveyard for great players trying to win a chip. I wonder if he feels any shame as one by one they retire or leave w/out any hardware. What do you guys think?
He should but he doesn’t. .

I think shame might be too strong of a word. Just look back since our last Super Bowl. 25 years ago and only 12 teams have won Super Bowls since.

Even winning a super bowl once every quarter decade keeps jerry ahead of over half the league. Kinda crazy when you look at it that way.
Actually - it's 13 franchises that have been NFL Champions since the 1995 season:
GB - '96, '10 \ DEN - '97, '98 \ STL Rams - '99 \ NE '01, '03, '04, '14, '16, '18
BAL Ravens '00, '12 \ PIT '05, '08 \ TB '02, '20 \ NYG '07, '11
IND Colts '05 \ NO '09 \ SEA '13 \ PHL '17 \ KC '19

I look at it another way.... all of those teams had at least two conference championship game appearances and beyond....and let's add to the list the 49ers and Falcons - two NFC Championship game appearances, one NFC Title and a NFL Championship game. Titans, Jaguars, Jets have been to the AFC Title game twice each in the same time span. Even the Buffalo Bills. - after their Rip Van Winkle layoff from title contention - they finally got back to the AFCCG this past January.
Summary - the Cowboys continue to fall short in the big picture of undergoing deep playoff runs...over an extended period of time IMO.

Jerry has fed his ego, why would he care about anything else? The man could have had at least two more rings to our history if he had just checked his ego and given us a real HC. He doesn't care about careers or winning (unless it's done his way).

He does, he sobs in his sleep in the middle of the night, but when he wakes up and realizes that his sheets are 100 dollar bills sewn together he runs through his mansion in his hulk hogan underoos
with a smile on his face.

There's still a chance for Tyron and Zack.
Time for everyone - veterans ( Lawrence, Gregory, Cooper) and the new core (Biadasz, Jarwin, Lamb, Diggs, Galimore) to step up, lead the way, and make it happen.

Jesus literally 20 other NFL teams have not won a super bowl as long or longer than the time its been since we have won. People need to stop this sense of entitlement and this nonsense that Jerry cares more about fame and money than winning. The dude is trying, sure he has made mistakes but he wants to win.
In those 20 years please tell me a franchise that has wasted more talent. These guys are retiring one-by-one without even experiencing a conference championship game. How is this defensible?

Im with you man, I look over and see my division rivals rolling around like pigs in the mud,, its time to put a stamp on it and at least be the big dog in the NFC East.
