Dude, I would give anything to have a Ron Leary in his prime back again. Wish it was possible.
lunch pail guys are always under rated by fans
I am trying to remember the name of the guard we got in FA and kept around for quite a while from BP on; I think it starts with a K but he was like a Leary as well

Week 17. Not like any filet mignon is out there anymore. We're down to the crispy critter nuggets left from the BBQ.
definitely. Sad to say he is probably the best possibility out there right now and Steele is just not cutting it.

That is him. ol KK was a very solid guy; kept his mouth shut and worked his butt off. NEVER enough guys like that on a team
Yep yeah we got some pretty good guard play those years from Kosier to Leary......loved Ronald Leary. Our offensive line hasn't been as dominant since. Not saying its because of him but I think its just a matter of having that type of bruiser in your running game is what helped.

100% yes, but Collins is the guy? He is only a potential practice squad signing for now, and our last practice squad signing has been getting into shape for like 2 months. We do this 3 weeks ago, and let's say he panned out? We'd have him this weekend for a massive game...How nice would it have been to have a big bodied WR on the team for the playoff run? Why did it take the left side of our line to be hurt for Jerry to react? Maybe now you see mine and others frustrations with this team..?
Not on this issue I don’t. I like it that they’re constantly looking to upgrade the roster. They’re also kicking the tires on Donavan Wilson. They’re doing EXACTLY what you want but you still whine. You see the frustration with that?

Schotty bringing back the Kellen Hulk package, just watch La'el flanking Dak in the backfield and opening holes for TP as a FB.

Collins, the guy who was with the Cowboys prior, got paid, got lazy, got into a minor car accident at training camp as we were all told, was listed as day to day and ended up on IR for the season with surgery, the guy who missed numerous drug tests, the guy who bribed a person giving him drug tests, Cincy dumped him for issues with the team...yeah lets trust that player to help us!
What do you think all these scrubs you guys have been lamenting going to Philly and San Fran have been doing ....... morons on this site thought the Niners were geniuses for picking up Randy freakin Gregory.

Jeebus you guys are silly.

Damien Wilson, but anyhow......we kicked the tires on several players over the last month or so and lost out on them. Now, they turned out to be busts, but at the time they signed elsewhere we were all pissed. We needed LB help, but lost them to the Iggles...thankfully we saw what would happen and those Iggle signings were a disaster. I am simply saying that kicking the tires the week of a MASSIVE game should have been done a few weeks ago, instead we got caught with our pants down and possibly ill prepared on the left side of our line this weekend to combine with a right side that is also shakey

Well to be fair losing Fredbeard was the main reason our line began to decline; not losing Leary
