Also forgot to mention in my post above regarding the meta data, as &Denim Chicken mentions, that meta data can be tampered with pretty easily. And based on what little research I have done, it's almost impossible to prove the data has been tampered with. It would require lots of efforts.

That being the case, I hardly doubt our now infamous DM hoe and groupie has the knowledge or know-how to tamper with metadata and if the NFL did, that's another issue. If she did, that's tampering with evidence and illegal, which is another issue.

There are other issues as well, such as the timing of the camera in and of itself. This is a pretty old article and I'm not sure what the state of the technology is now and whether courts consider metadata even reliable, but it does give a background perspective:

Metadata doesn't show you anything other than the photo information and GPS information if location services are turned on anyway. The way the NFL described metadata they made it seem as if the metadata had "he beat her" encrypted in text in the data itself lol.

And did that provide evidence of a disparity? Because all I'm seeing are "maybe's" and "could have's". I'm very much interested in facts.

And, again, I'm all for hearing any evidence that is available. Just not coulda, woulda, shoulda.

Oh, I agree... I'm just speaking from a technical standpoint. I don't trust the NFL one bit as far as this case goes.

In Hardy's case there were allegations of an alcohol and cocaine fueled rage on the part of the alleged victim.

Yep.. remember though, allegations in this case revolve around a bar fight as well, meaning alcohol.

They lived together for a while. He paid for her apartment.

Then he lied and said she wasn't ever his girlfriend.

These two are quite the pair, eh?

It has the original date and time stamp, which can easily be tampered with.

Werder has a point:

And I'm not saying they're wrong. I have no idea whether Zeke did this or not, but the fact that the NFL would go public with a statement like that tells me that the chances of Zeke's suspension being reduced are basically zero.

It was victim shaming when the NFL hid a video of a woman being knocked out cold.

How is providing full details of a case and the parties involved now classified as "victim shaming"?

Shame on you NFL!

What's it going to be then, eh?

I see "claims". What's his "point"?

The NFL wants a moral victory out of this as being the sport that says "No More!". It will not relent and appears to have

The original six game suspension bought them at least a tie. A reduction is at least that. And even an outright reversal, which will never happen, would not be damaging.

Even if the Almighty himself dropped from the sky and said Elliott was innocent, the NFL could still state they were doing what was morally justifiable and people would believe that.

Showing what this is, in fact, about. Perception.

The way this is developing, at least to me, shows it is rooted in something political going on behind the scenes, Zeke case just being a tool to try and manipulate Jerry on certain stances he may have. The Commissioner expense package issue and the Legends company deal, all seem to point to this.

The problem is, this may blow up in their face, considering the way the evidence is being leaked to the public destroying her credibility.

It won't be up to the NFL.
