Sophomore slump? Giants have our number? SNF curse? Dak got the big head on the banquet, endorsement circuit this past offseason?

Whatever the reason I don't like what I've seen from him.

You can talk about Zeke all you won't but we go as far as Dak takes us! A runner is not going to take you on a long playoff run... and the Cowboys have the cast around Dak to get their!

Tip passes in training camp practices

Everyday Scandrick was nearly intercepting a tipped pass from Dak. Near the end of Camp in Cali, One of the plays was so bad, I had to quit looking at the TC reports on BTB.

We go nowhere if Dak doesn't regain last seasons form.

Overthrown passes in the Raiders game. To Butler and Dak. Bailed out by a weak PI call on the Butler throw.

Back to back games where he let the clock run down to zero. I don't think he did that ONCE last season.

The lazy analysts will be teams have a year of tape on him. That's BS. Tape has nothing to do with him missing Dez on a throw that even D. Watson completed. And Watson couldn't hit a side of a barn w a dodgeball! This has been 100% on him.

I'm worried

I don't like him under center w the 2 step drop, that looked awful tonight

Am I overreacting? Talk me off the ledge...

I'm worried and nervous about this.

I would be happy to give you a push. Then we won't have to endure another thread like this one.

Dak wasn't fantastic. I'll chalk it up to a good defense and not enough preseason work. I expect he'll get better.

This board behaves like we've done anything of note as a franchise in 20+ years? WFT with this elitist attitude. We should be thanking our lucky starts that we literally stumbled on a a 5th round stud QB who's now 14-2 as a starter. C'mon people.

He's talking reg season. Giants and Philly only two reg season losses last year. Split with Philly, swept by Giants - then finally beat the Giants tonight.
But what if a rookie QB wins his first game? Isn't that statement true?

Ben R. began his career 13-0. At the end of the year, wasn't that statement true for him?

Also, I just picked a random QB who played a lot of games (Brett Favre) and looked at his splits on PFR and it appears he beat every team he ever faced too. Heck, let's do Peyton Manning. yep, him too.

So again, I will give that tweet a

Holy smokes, seriously?

Check out Aaron Rodgers numbers against the Seahawks.

Good defenses don't make it easy. They WON the game and Dak protected the ball. That's the recipe Brady used for years until he became Brady.

We have the most irrational fans.

None of that is true ......

Nice argument - each and every one of it is true, and most on this board would say his footwork is still a mess at times.

Did you see the play where Beasley had that amazing catch? Yeah, his footwork and already below average velocity on passes almost get him a pick six. The ball took too long to get there, we are lucky some unknown force was on our side on that play because it should have been taken to the house.

So Dak is the only qb in the league who can't have a game with a 90.5 qbr. ZERO INTS. That sucks. lol.
Plus a touchdown pass. I think some fans need to revisit the game from last December, where Prescott and the offense only managed 1 third down conversion in 15 attempts...they were 8 - 15 (53%) sunday night.
