...I haven't been this lost for words since @cml750 said Man Of Steel was the worst movie ever made. :p
lol, that made me laugh. Yes, I completely hated that movie. To be fair, it is only he worst comic book movie ever made IMHO. I have seen some worse stinkers of different genres in my life. The Blair Witch movie and the Barbarella probably take the the cake for me. I haven't seen Black Panther yet but plan to go some time in the next week or two. My son moved to Houston so I lost my comic book movie partner. Unfortunately, my wife just can't get into these types of movies and the few times she has gone to one with me she is so lost she drives me crazy by asking a million questions.

Man of Steel certainly wasn't great, but it wasn't as bad as the first Hulk....or the second one.

The world didn't seem very genuine in how it developed, and the other villain was way more fun and interesting.
I don't get this. The other villain, Klaue? He was a nothing villain and had very little to do with the story. As for the the world didn't seem very genuine, I'm not even sure what this means. First it's not a world, it's a fictional country and it's Black Panther's home so I'm not sure how it didn't seem genuine to how it was developed. Makes no sense.

Justice league - Official reviews don't look so good but i liked it, was worth the watch.

33 and Beyond - movie/documentary also worth the watch.

Newest Maze Runner - Better than part 2, but not great.

He was still more fun and interesting even though his importance to the plot was minimal. I don't think that is hard to understand. No characters in the film were complex, but at least Serkis was having fun with the role.

And I didn't buy how Wakanda developed into what was shown (which really wasn't all that much). It seemed like a mix of things that wouldn't likely go together on the development path of a nation.

Well being more fun as far as being funny, I guess. More interesting. No way.

As far as Wakanda, what are you wanting Wakanda to be. . Wakanda being what it is in the movie is a completely unique nation so I don't know get why it doesn't go together with the development of a nation. It's a nation with rich technology they use the technology in the film. They use other things from the country in the film. The costumes, the weapons, etc. Why wouldn't a nation develop like that if they could. Wakanda doesn't have to depend on another nation for resources. It's also this way in the comics as well.

I didn't find Killmonger to be interesting at all. I do think MBJ is a much better actor than Boseman...or at least much more charismatic, bit the character didn't give him too much. It's a common problem with Marvel films.

And I didn't have a problem with Wakanda being technologically advanced. It just didn't feel like it fit in naturally with everything else about the country and how those aspects did, or didn't, develop.

The House - Will Ferrell. Couple's daughter is going to an expensive college, they are relying on a scholarship that she is getting. The scholarship gets pulled for shady reasons. They start running a Casino out of a house of a friend.
Few funny parts, but for the most part...Meh.

Undertow - One of those movies that is not really that good but for some reason it keeps you watching to find out what happens. A crazy Uncle who killed their dad for gold coins. The boys take the coins and are on the run.

The Ritual - Group of guys decide to go hiking somewhere in Sweden and while lost in a forest a monster starts going after them......Starts off with some promise and some of the stuff is kind of cool...but the ending is so so.

JMO: I have tons of respect for Michael B. Jordan but I think Chadwick Boseman may be the Sidney Poitier/Denzel Washington of his generation.

Really? I don't think I've really liked him in anything I have seen him in. I find him to be very bland. Not bad, just dull.

Have you seen him play in Get On Up or 42?

Yes (Hated Get On Up btw).

On BP, I should ad the caveat that I was fighting falling asleep the entire movie, and it wasn't due to the movie. It was a late showing, and I was exhausted from the rest of the day. I'm not sure I could have really gotten into any movie. However, I felt about BP how I have felt about most of phase 3 Marvel movies - decent, but lacking something.

Yes. I have about 400 titles I own. Recently, I, Tonya was very good. And Blade Runner 2049 was extremely well made outside of some minor plot quibbles. I saw that a couple weeks ago and am considering a purchase. And this from someone who hated the first one.

And I like quite a few of the first 2 phases of the MCU

Worse than Swamp Thing 2 and Ghost Rider? What about Batman and Robin?
