He had practically the same amount of catches before and after Amari (slight difference), so I don`t think this was just an Amari thing.
I wouldn`t resign him but to say he was not good is not accurate, he was Daks`s first choice on 3rd downs and more often than not it paid off.

Beasley's total pass catching yardage decreased from 833 yards (75 of 98 targets with 5 TDs) in 2016 to 672 yards (65 of 87 targets with 3 TDs) in 2018. That's with only 11 targets and 10 catches less. Clearly his production has decreased. He'll be turning 30 this Spring. The stats show he's not worthy of top pay.

Is Cole Beasley self-aware? That's my dude. I've always considered him Beastly... But he really changed my opinion this year with his selfish Twitter rants. I was able to catch Chris this morning on one of those runs where you just sit back and absorb the gospel from one of the best to ever do it. Hopefully Cole was watching too.... Enjoy.

The thing that was stupid, was him saying the "I dont know the FO determines who gets the ball, when theres no plan under 2 minutes I see more targets"

If you have a player like Amari Cooper, whose shown to be an elite playmaker that destroys DBs with the ball in his hands, and if he has them beat he's going 50+ yards for a TD, you would have to be completely negligent to not try and get him the ball.

The smartest thing the Dallas offense did this season was get Amari Cooper, and get him the ball. We won a handful of games directly from his getting the ball, and the win streak came after we got him.

Of course he gets more targets inside 2 minutes, but it's not because we "dont have a plan". This is common sense. When defenses are playing to win, they decided to not let Amari beat them, and to not let deep plays beat them. We can talk all day about how stupid "prevent" style defenses are, but we'd all agree teams will give up underneath passes to not get beat deep or by Amari. We see it all the time.

Carter says a lot of stupid stuff, but he checked Cole pretty good here.

I like Beasely...that catch against the Giants will never be forgotten but he is a good player, not a great one. If he is looking for top dollar, I think Dallas needs to pass. He is a very small player who doesn't take a pounding and 9 times our of 10 is looking for the first place to go down instead of fight for extra yards.

I would like to get faster at WR but I don't know if we can do that and get a guy who also isn't a rookie.
