The fact that there were no other dictates, that's not worth considering? The fact that Prescott did improve under Moore's tutelage and Big Mike watched a lot of film on both Moore and Prescott before he interviewed. I don't know but I think he liked what he saw of Moore but the deciding factor was not Big Mike but Moore himself. By turning down the Huskies OC job and a pretty good line up the coaching ranks in college ball, he showed his intent. I think Big Mike sees the same things in Moore as others like Peterson, Gruden and Linehan have seen in him. He's got a mind for the game and we don't even know what he's going to be doing in this new offense.

You can win a Superbowl with a crappy QB. You can win a Superbowl with an average QB. We have seen it happen. An elite QB helps you consistently get to the playoffs and into championship games. Teams with average to below average QBs struggle to make the playoffs on a regular basis and may go multiple years between playoff appearances. Very good QBs give teams a better chance and usually do so on a yearly basis.

Because I actually see our defense as more of the culprit in that loss and the amazing performance with Rodgers.

We had the #1 offense and top 10 defense and it wasn’t enough. How much more does this QB need? Oh I know. Big Mike will be the difference. Lol

Neither did the rest of the team. This has been an ongoing problem where everyone wants to blame 1 player. The 'team' never shows up in that situation. Every last one of them. That certainly includes the garbage HC.

Ive missed alot of that only Dre is the one who has that Ive seen do that but your right. Yes players have to perform but if we cant see by now how inept garrett was for this team along with the GM were blind. And since the GM change isnt happening Im so glad garrett is gone. We got closer to the SB the day he was let go.

Yeah, he had 9 years man. You can blame Jones for holding onto Garrett for 5 years too long though. Too much hatred toward Jones. I don't know if it's jealousy or what. I admit I'd prefer a real GM, but whatever.

Having an elite quarterback is great, but you can win a championship with a quarterback that isn't elite.

However, you can't pay elite quarterback money to average quarterbacks and expect that to work.

Pay the guys that cause opponents real game-planning headaches and in-game problems.

The Vikings have a Super Bowl caliber team if not for their average quarterback. He's the weak link. Yet, who is the highest paid player there?

We all had our favs to get the HC job and I got mine and you didn't, sour grapes. You need to be more gracious in losing...….. as I am in winning. Not one nannernannerbooboo to one poster that didn't get their guy.
