I'll keep is short,he needs at least a decent blocking Oline if that's not possible get a true FB or convert a middle LB into a FB. But you have to feed that dude the ball, anyone ever noticed how big his head is? That dude is a hammer head, he has always been that even when he was in his first 3yrs when he was running wild around defenders and outrunning them, you had to know that he was not going to continue to do that, he hadn't grown into his full mature body yet, like I said all you had to do was look at how big his head was.
Anyway when they hired Linehan they came up with this idea of not using him up and started lessening his carries, mistake use that guy the more you give him the ball the stronger he gets, everyone knows a RBs shelf life is 3 to 5 yrs.
