2 Questions For the Zoners Who Want to Let Moore Go

So how could it be that Dak "carried" Kellen Moore given people have said Moore sucked this year in spite of Dak holding the INT leader position for the season????
Also, you say look at Moore against good defenses as a reason to get rid of him yet look at Dak against good defenses so why defend him instead of looking to get rid of him???
Oh, and on that 2nd and 2 example, who was the QB that threw the pass when the wr was surrounded by two defenders?????

You can't have it both ways.

Cuz most fans are stupid and don’t understand football. Who carried the offense? Zeke? Under rush the offense was something like 26th in scoring. With dak it was #1. Even a complete moron can see who was the difference maker.

Moving on from Moore will not work

I'll take a middle of the pack offense with a good to great defense if it means we are better in situational football. Right now our play calls are questionable at best in these situations and that's what we need to make significant strides in the playoffs.

I just find it odd that Moore's offense is 'outdated' given he has been the OC only since 2019 and since becoming OC Dak's stats have increased each season save for this season when Dak set the lead for INT's.
While Moore's offense may have its flaws, you also have to take into account the QB.

Look at the Rams when McVay developed the offense but could only go so far with Goff at the helm yet it took Stafford to elevate the offense.....with the same offensive overseer.

1. A OC consistently dedicated to the run.
2. A OC who realizes Dak’s short comings and utilizes his legs and mobility and gets him out of the pocket more often with designed runs and roll outs.
3. A OC that realizes the longer Dak stays in the pocket the more likley bad things happens and designs a quick passing game.
4. A OC that realizes an over the hill RB shouldn’t be given as many carries.
5. A OC that can help get us a championship. Not empty stats versus subpar opponents.

I agree with almost all of this, BUT #4 is highly suspect in who is making that call, I seriously doubt thats was KM's call.... That came straight from the owners/GM box in all likleyhood.

For all the people who want to ditch Moore, help me understand. If you drop the Andy Dalton year, the last 3 years the Cowboys have been 4th,
1st and 6th in scoring. For those 3 years combined, the Cowboys are 2nd in scoring only behind KC.
The OC accomplished this with a QB that everyone but those completely in the tank for Dak agrees has fatal limitations, torpedoed
our post season this year with turnovers, and ended our post season last year with the stupidest in game decision I've seen since.....well ever.

Seems like the obvious problem is the QB not the OC, and if anything this OC has over achieved.

My 2 questions to the legion of Zoners who want to ditch Moore are:
1. Given Dak's liabilities, what exactly do you think a new OC will realistically accomplish that Moore hasn't already accomplished?
2. Given how profilic Moore's offenses have been compared to those of other OC's, do you realize it's likely that any offense under a new OC
will be worse not better?

It's easier to replace the OC

Good question!
Although most here don't think Dak is the answer, they don't have a viable solution.
I would keep Dak and try a new offensive system to see if that helps.
