Lebron is narcissistic but most pro athletes are in the NBA. To be honest Wade is way worse than him. Lebron went overboard with all that crap but the majority of his career he has been a classy dude. I know this last night he destroyed Celtics and is gonna do it again game 7.One thing I noticed about the haters of Bron Bron on this board are they wouldnt hate him so bad if he was on the team of their liking haha.

ya, cuz you are so much different! you'd love to have had ginobili or duncan as a mavs fan, dont be a hypocrite. of course we would all love to have him on our team! he is the best overall player in basketball! same thing goes for ANYONE in ANY sport. we hate desean jackson and lesean mccoy, but id love to have them on our team! just cuz "you would take them on your team" doesnt deny you the right to dislike a player

Durant is never gonna "bulk up" thats his weakness. He is the black Dirk. Great jumpshooter that is clutch and can take it to the hole awkwardly and score. However defense is another story for both lol.

again, you must have missed all thunder games this postseson, because KD checked the best scorer on the lakers in crunch time, got timely steals, and played great defense on whomever he guarded on the spurs, cant say the same for dirk, ever! he might be scrawny, but that doesnt make him a bad defender, his length and athleticism bothers people that dont have to post moves at the SF or SG position to take advantage of his lack of strength, now a days, thats basically lebron and no one else.

Durant is a terrific defender.

And that kind sir is exactly it. If he ever gets to where he can close on a consistent basis then the conversation is over. He'll be the best at that time.

At least if he's able to do it within the next couple of years because I really believe by that point KD will be the best.

KD is an offensive assassin but I doubt he will ever dominate all facets of a game the way LeBron does.

He hasn't yet figured out how to close on a consistent basis and he's been in the league for nearly a decade. I doubt he ever will.

Point taken, but he is still relatively young, so I have hope.

Plus they are still alive and he looked like he flipped a switch last night, maybe he finally gets it. We will see.

I'm not knocking Durant, he is a good defender. I just don't think he could shut down the Roses and Rondos of the league the way LeBron can.

Yeah Kobe has lost a step, but he's still arguably a top 3 player. Even shutting down a declining Kobe is impressive.

VERY SMALL doses. And it was a couple of games at that.

Kobe has shown time and time again this season that he runs out of gas in the 4th. Not even sure KD deserves as much credit as hes gotten for his D on Kobe.
