What happens if the SEC Champion has 2 losses? Florida can get their 2nd loss of the season today against FSU, and then they could go on to beat Alabama in the championship. Does Florida make it over some 1-loss team like Notre Dame/Oklahoma or does the SEC not get in?

I don't think so. No.

Now, if Florida wins today vs FSU and then beats Alabama, then they probably leap everyone with those back to back big wins and only one loss.
But no, not with two losses.

The real upset scenario would be if there are a ton of losses and then two 1 loss Big 10 teams make it in.
The fact that Big-12 doesn't play that extra conf champ game, insures that they end up with at least one team with only one loss. Can't see a one-loss Ohio St getting in ahead of a 1 loss Big12 champ, so the SEC would have to fall apart or maybe Clemson lose the ACC title game.

looks like

OU
MSU v Iowa (winner)
Clemson v UNC (winner Clemson in, UNC possibly)
Alabama (If They win out)

If anyone slips
ND (if they win @ Stanford)
OSU
Baylor
Stanford (If they win @ ND, probably the longest shot of this list)

I agree with everything except maybe Baylor. I don't see them having much of a shot. Definitely a 2-loss Stanford would make it over Baylor if they beat Notre Dame (1 minute left) and won the Pac 12.

Assuming FSU and Oklahoma lose tonight (they're both currently winning big), here's how I think the playoffs shapes out:

1) Oklahoma - In.
2) Michigan St vs Iowa - Winner of Big Ten is in.
3) Alabama vs Florida - Alabama is in if they win the SEC.
4) Clemson vs UNC - Clemson is in if they win the ACC.
5) Notre Dame - In if Alabama loses to Florida OR Clemson loses to UNC.
6) Ohio St - In if Alabama loses to Florida AND Clemson loses to UNC.

Edit: This may change in 9 seconds of game time if Stanford wins.

Yep. Stanford won. Ok let me revise my board.

Okie State is mediocre. Great season though.

Yeah, barring upsets the 4 are
Clemson
Alabama
Iowa/Mich St winner
Oklahoma

Next in line if someone slips is Ohio St

What do you think has to happen for UNC to make it? Does a 1-loss non-champ Ohio State make it over a 1-loss ACC Champ who just beat Clemson? Also, curious to see what would happen if a 2-loss Florida won the SEC and a 2-loss Stanford won the Pac 12. Would both conferences not send anyone to the playoffs?

Don't think ND was getting in anyway but that ended any CFP drama unless things go haywire.

OU in unless something insane happens in last 6 minutes of this game. And it's settled enough that I stopped watching to post.
All is basically settled now with Baylor and ND losing this week.

ACC champ in
OU as Big 12 Champ in
B1G champ in
Bama(if they win) or OSU(If Bama loses) in.

No, Florida won't be in if they beat Bama which they won't since they likely do not score at all.

Clemson would get top seed.
Iowa if it wins the B1G to do undefeated gets 2.
Bama would get 3 and OU 4.
MSU would be 4 if they UNLESS UNC also wins.

Bama could be 1 with CLEM loss but no lower than 3.
OU could end up 1-4 but is in. Need BAMA (zero chance), Clemson and Iowa to all lose to get to 1.

Not that it really matters since there is no home field.
Just get in.
