Good wins by Oklahoma and Florida. I don't believe firing those coaches after only 3 years is a good idea, especially in today's landscape where you're not guaranteed to get anyone much better. Everyone is impatient but you have to allow them time to see if they can build a program, and that includes a few underwhelming seasons.

Honestly three years is always enough time to judge a coach. especially if no real progress is shown
with the portal, you can fill holes a lot easier.
The portal is the great equalizer; and if you cannot figure out how to utilize it then you deserve to be fired
