He is right on a couple of throws, but that is the problem with him.

he had two balls thrown to him perfectly against atlanta. the back shoulder stop route he didnt catch, and the perfectly thrown low ball to him on the dig or cross he was running.

the low ball was thrown perfectly for him to catch it and protect his side.

He dropped the stop route and alligator armed the dig/cross.

Yet he goes to the media every wednesday and harps on the high throw that romo missed him on, and yes he missed him.

he says nothing of his own mistakes. In his opinion he is an elite wr, he is a number 1, romo should cater to him.

Except that his not how it works in team sports.

I said it a couple of weeks ago and people blamed the media. he could squash this in a second, but he doesnt because of his ego and his personal stats.

Its really annoying.

Williams caught one pass for 16 yards against the Falcons. He was targeted on five others, two of which were drops. After the game, Williams, who had missed the Kansas City game with cracked cartilage in three ribs, called it the worst game of his life.

"He had some opportunities," Cowboys offensive coordinator Jason Garrett said. "A couple of them were tight, contested plays. We didn’t convert for whatever reason. He is going about it the right way. He’s been in and out of the lineup with the injury, but he’s approached it the right way and playing better and better, and I think we all believe those connections will come."

I've been rooting for him, waiting for him to make us feel justified in making the trade, but we just can't have this type of divisiveness on the team again. The good thing about Roy is he's no T.O. in the locker room. T.O. carried a lot of weight with a lot of players and could cause problems and divide. Roy isn't a heavyweight in the locker room so i doubt his mouth will cause much of a stir. It didn't come from Detroit - it goes back all the way probably to junior high texas football. He has been coddled and appeased his whole life and he has a rotten attitude and is not dedicated to improving himself as a football player. The league has probably caught onto the fact that he can only run about 2 or 3 routes so they sit on them knowing they can catchup if they guess wrong because his speed is gone.

He should be suspended ASAP unless he apologizes for his remarks publically. At the very least, he should be demoted - the offense will click better without him out there anyway. The only reason he has been on the field is they are trying to get things ironed out between him and Romo so that connection will be there come playoff time.

He had 3 balls thrown incorrectly in the Seahawks game and that's probably all hes referring to. If they connect on those 3 balls, he has nearly 100 yards or more and 2 TDs.

But the way he always portrays it, is that he hasnt had any good opportunities and thats not true.

for instance, Romo could say to the media today, If I throw that stop fade to austin I know he will catch it.

and judging from the atlanta game, you could make the case that if those 3 balls hit him in the hands against seattle, its 50-50 he catches it.

romo handles this well, roy handles it like a guy defending his own ego.

right, so he should just leave it at that. No need to make these passive/aggressive comments about romo that get everyone all excited.

Im not sure he is. If you look at the statement in whole it sounds more like he is saying that Romo and the receivers that he has chemistry are in sync and that he and Romo are not.

You would think he would know better then to say something like this, but I dont think he is trying to put the blame on Romo.

That sure sounds to me like he thinks the balls are being incorrectly thrown his way.

Peer pressure is a very good motivator.
