Romo made Dez better..........as he did Laurent Robinson and Miles Austin.
Nope

Dez was showing potential when Kitna was playing

As a rookie, the 3 games he played in after Romo broke his collarbone:

7 catches 84 yards

9 catches 86 yards 1 TD

3 catches 104 yards 1 TD

First 3 wins: Cooper is amazing!!! That 1st round pick was so justified! Unstoppable!

1 loss: Cooper sucks!! Can't believe we traded a 1st for this chump! Can't catch! Cut him!!

By the way, what is the mood in Vegas about the Raiders playing there?
*Last I tooled thru& overnighted up there?,,, The casino's patronage was sportin' raiders Logo emblazoned glad rags, I'd reckon, venturing in the speculative estimation of 25%-30% , range, who were definitely looking forward to their arrival,,, ( which, prolly isn't gonna prove to be all that viable of a consistently supportive fan base,,,er,,, as they basically are pretty much of a cross section of nomadic gambling junkies with a penchant fer' boozing,,,er,,,imo)

any idea how “drop rate” is calculated? Seems like Ebrons 4 drops on 16 targets should be running away with 1st. Especially over Amaris 2 drops on 29 targets.

I know I’ve seen at least 2 drops by Cobb on his 21 targets, where is he?

Did you also forget to mention Coop is tied for the league lead in receiving TD’s?

Also who out there is a more polished route runner?

This is really silly

Cobb? You mean the off-target throws and the ones behind him? That's on the QB, not the WR. Ebron is a TE, and I'm guessing he's only doing the WR position here.

That's probably right. And cobb has had a few difficult throws and a few clang off his hands.

So you are happy that Cooper has the highest percentage of drops?

No, I'm not "happy" - I thought it was stupid to give up a first for a WR let alone one that led the league in drops 2 out of 4 seasons.

I was thinking the same thing. Although he does have some deficiency's, didn't his arrival last season completely turn around our fortunes? We were drowning till he showed up. I say take the good with the bad

We still had major struggles on offense. Remember that big fat zero we put up against the Colts? Or the 13 we put up against the Saints? Let's not pretend we were dominating.

Talked about this last week when Dak still had a 75% completion rate. Now we lose and we talk about it.

PFR shows he had very high catch rates in 2018 and 2019 so far. Not sure why earlier career dropsies matter that much.

https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/C/CoopAm00.htm

For reference Larry Fitzgerald averaged 60.5% catch rate over his career by PFR's numbers.

"Earlier career" - he led the league in 2017 as well. You know, the year before he got here.

He already has 3 on the year, and it looks like there was a drop in the Saints game some are factoring in (I will need to watch the game again, not really looking forward to it)

Agree 100%. im just saying that hes been a bright spot for us even with the blemishes the offense has shown against real defenses. Cooper is definitely not in that elite group of receivers but it wont be the first time we pay big bucks for less than elite

Where have you been the last 3 weeks? Awful quiet huh. You embarrass yourself with your agenda every time you post. Do everyone including yourself a favor and climb back under your sewer rock.
