Depends on the timing of the NFL. If they drop the verdict late Friday afternoon of next week, he might not have time to get an injunction. That said, a judge would likely frown on that move teamed with all of the NFL's other missteps that suggest ulterior motives in this case.Looks like the wheels are in motion to fast track this thing to court. Zeke very likely will play in Week 1.
While a Cowboys bias may not be at the heart of this, it would appear that the NFL did jump at the first high profile case in an attempt to attone for previous sins. The difference? In their previous sins they clearly had the burden of proof? Zeke's case? It's about feeding the public a poster child for domestic abuse reform. And the sad thing is, given the one witness they have in this case, it is painfully obvious that this was purely a political move.
