The talent level is good enough to beat teams like Saints with one arm QB and Bradford lead EaGirls.

What isn't good enough is JG's system. JG talks about having a system in place that he feels good about but this "system" isn't good unless you have all pro QB like Romo running it.

Romo's injury has exposed Garrett for the fraud that he is.

I never wrote that garret didnt deserve blame. I wrote that you all who think this is solely on garret are wrong. This Roster isnt as good as it was. Either garret is trash, and last year was all on Romo, Demarco, Dez, or not having Romo, Demarco, and Dez most of the games this year is the reason we are 2 - 6 this year. You cant suggest that this roster is improved this year, its completely asinine.

The roster should be better if you took the orgs word for it. Almost every call they made has been wrong or a bad assessment. Still, they were fortunate that they got really 3 1st rd picks in the draft and Hardy was a vast improvement over any rusher last year. So whether or not the roster is worse (debatable), they had the resources to do what they wanted and Garrett's owns a lot of that.

Yea he should suit up and play QB. You really wish this was a great roster. It's not. The d line is average, the Linebackers suck, our safety play has been terrible, we have one good reciver, our starting running back at the beginning of the season is off the team, and Matt Cassel is our QB. We're is this a better roster? At what possion?

If the roster is still this bad in year five, Garrett undoubtedly shoulders much of the blame.

Marinelli will be the new scapegoat this year. Rob Ryan was supposedly the guy we needed to get rid of and everything would be better. Defense was not responsible during the Seattle or NY games. They were responsible for this game. I guarantee you we plug in a new DC and we'll end up with the SAME results. The problem is GM and HC. All 3 units are never clicking. We'll keep on playing musical chairs with coordinators though so as to avoid the real problems.

So you think Marinelli had no say in choosing the members of the defensive unit? This team churned the defensive personnel like crazy during the off season and we seem to have gotten worse.

The roster being worse isnt debatable, No Romo, No Demarco, no debate

He's good, but Romo can only play 1 position. It's too easy to say this team would be 11-5 if Romo had played all year. We've seen enough of this season to confirm this team just isn't as good as last years team.

no position in sports is as important as QB, a good one makes all the difference in the world

Does garret make personnel decisions? He got rid of demarco and refuses to get quality insurance behind Romo?

It hasn't really exposed anything. The people paying attention have already known Garrett is a trash gameday coach.

Well I should've said it exposed how bad he is to some of us. I think many of us that were on the fence about him are now off the fence. He is pathetic.

The Demarco angle is very debatable, but irrelevant because they could have dedicated resource to either a back in the draft or paid DeMarco if he was on par with Tony and that big of a cog. They chose not to do so.

Many teams have won A game with backups. That is a fact.

Unfortunately there are still many more towing the company line as if he is the next Landry.

The point is, you all just need to stop blaming one or two guys, there are many factors that play into this 6 game losing streak. If you think its just Garret then your not being honest about this teams personnel.

Well Tom Laundry did not have a winning record until his 7th years as head coach. If he were coaching in contemporary times, most of you all would have been calling for his head.

San Fran beat a team today that we couldnt beat...and the 9ers had Blaine Gabbert at QB, Shaun Draughn and Kendall Gaskins running the ball and Garrett Celek catching TD passes. I can't take much more of the excuses for this team not having enough talent to stop a 6 game losing streak.

And there wasn't the parity that there is today either. It's much easier to win now than it was. The Jets have a new coaching regime and Ryan Fitzpatrick at QB and they are 5-3. The Bills have a new coach, Tyrod Taylor at QB and played some games without their star RB and star WR..and they are 4-4.
If we were .500 right now, the fan base would be doing cartwheels. This coaching staff is not good. If it was, there would be no 6 game losing streak. Superior coaching staffs find ways to snap losing streaks.

Ill take both those QB's over what we have now....
