Big Dumb will play. Here's the thing with him: Romo's getting alot of attention this week, deservedly so, and the focal point of the game is Dallas' offense against the #1 defense. Ben feels left out, so he created some injury in practice.

Just like the NE playoff game when he said he fractured his toe, and Cowher said it was a lie. Just like this year when he couldn't shake the MNF crew's hand becuse he said his hand was too bruised. He kept talking about the shoulder injury this year and Tomlin called him into his office to tell him "if your so injured why don't you sit out a few games."

This guy is so myopic and I hope he gets buried under the avalance of Ware, Ratliff, Spencer etc. on Sunday.
Just because he likes to play with the media's heads doesn't mean you have to buy into it too....
The guy is far from dumb, he's clever with a slightly dry but mischievous sense of humor. I think he see's it as a way to get back at them for their incessant buzzing around trying to stir up **** and create a story.

He's proven time and time again that he's no lightweight and when he does get banged up a bit he still plays unless a coach makes him stop. So whether he shakes his hurt arm with a little too much drama for your taste or not you can bet he'll still be lined up behind center the next play and leave it all on the field without hesitation.
Lots of people do kind of weird things with their body language when they work but the only thing that matters is, do they get 'er done? Ben seems to always give 110% toward that goal.

Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger stopped practicing today when he slipped and slightly injured his right knee while throwing a pass.

Byron Leftwich took over and ran the final 1 1/2 offensive sessions over the final 20 minutes of practice.

Roethlisberger said afterward that he slipped in the mud in the middle of the Steelers outdoor, grass practice field. He does not think his knee is seriously hurt.

Coach Mike Tomlin prefers to practice outdoors when possible, especially when the Steelers have a home game. They also have an indoor practice field with artificial turf available to them.

Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger injured his right knee in practice today and could not finish the workout.
The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports Roethlisberger slipped in the mid while throwing a pass. He was replaced by backup Byron Leftwich for the final 20 minutes of practice.
The team practiced outdoors on Wednesday.
Roethlisberger said he does not think his knee is seriously injured.
He missed the second half of the Steelers' win in Washington last month with an injured shoulder, but has not missed a start this year.

He'll play. And I hope he does - he's not very good throwing the football this year.

Ben will be on the field, prime target for D-Ware, James, Ellis, Spencer, Johnson and Ratliff...
The Steelers O-line is not the strong suit it's be in the past.

It won't be a sloppy mess. The field is fine. Only a chance of scattered snow showers off and on. High of 30.

I predict the same fate this Sunday afternoon.
