Not so fast my friend
Quack quack!
WOW TCU.
Dropped from 3 to 6?
YIKES!!!
The thing I hate about the whole process is how back-heavy it is. Human being are going to naturally be biased towards the games that they saw most recently.
If you took the exact same teams and the exact same opponents and the exact same results but simply shuffled up the order in which the games were played, you would have a different Final-4.
you're so mean
I have to wonder what others have said: If you changed the team names from TCU and Baylor to Texas and Oklahoma...hmmm.
OK. So then how do you do it? Give it all to computers? That is because making the playoffs is based on rankings which means it is biased and subjective. They need to get rid of the rankings.

Well you still haven't really said how the rest of the 16-team bracket gets filled out once the conference champions are decided....As I mentioned just a few posts above yours.
I think the Committee got it right based on what they said would matter before the season started.
I still say going forward they need to make some changes.
1. More teams make the playoffs. My preference is 16 teams.
2. Conference Championship for all 5 Power 5 Conferences.
3. Committee handles out of conference schedule for 2 games (1 home 1 away) against other Power 5 schools.
4. Get rid of rankings altogether
Edit: Forgot to add you get in the playoffs by winning your conference.
