Not worth the time nor effort. I said it the first day he was signed.

No kidding....why would we invest time and effort in a guy that won't do the same for his team. Love the slap ball attempt instead of trying to recover it. What a mush.

If he shows a pulse in the Cardinals game, we win that game and most likely finish with a 13-3 record and a #1 seed in the playoffs.

Now the question is, has he shown anything since then that makes you believe he could win a game if Romo is out? The answer is no, he has shown us nothing.

He has been very poor in practice and if he's bad tonight, we need to move quickly to find a replacement.

We learned the hard way last year how one game and can change your entire playoff outlook. Like I said, if he shows a pulse, we beat the Cardinals and get an easier run to the Super Bowl. Why are we taking a chance with him again this year with so much at stake?

NO

they guy is a backup quarter back for a reason. just like all the other back up quarter backs in the league. why do people obsess over the back up QB? its not worth your time and energy. it is what it is just like every other team. he is an average back up quarter back in this league.

To call him average is an insult to average QB's. He's in the bottom 3 backups in the NFL. He's the current player on the team that we could say might not have a job if he were any place else. There's always one guy who is a pet cat of the coach. He's that guy who the coach is too prideful to let go of...

QB is so cerebral I wouldn't say he can't be the backup but he better get smarter and better.

I thought Weeden looked good, throws were ropes and on target and the ball was out quickly. He threw himself on his sword for his teammate for a ball that was thrown over his shoulder.

I really don't get the hate at all after his performance tonight.

weeden is why the cowboys didn't get 1st seed last year. he single handedly lost the cardinals game.

I'm not taking up for Weeden, but we lost that 1st seeding when Romo came back in the Skins' game. Demarco and Romo gave that game away.

My thoughts exactly, im not sure what everyone was looking for differently. 4 of 5 40 whatever yds and a bad snap.

I thought his swat at the fumble was a good idea, he wasnt going to get it, maybe deflect it. j/s cause some were making fun of it

Hate? You mean because he couldn't catch a snap and then he tried to bat the ball out of bounds from the middle of the field???? NEGATIVE PLAYS. They cost you games.

He would have had to dive for it, With two or three defenders chasing, then we could have a backup qp with a separated shoulder.

Yeah, thats why they dont teach falling on the ball in practice. They instead have "slap it out of bounds from 25 yards away" fumble drills.
