As for legit chances he was brought in by the 9ers failed goes to the CFL, he leaves the CFL to go to NY Jets and can't cut it now he returns to the CFL. If you want to believe that the CFL is all that then be my guest but in only adds to the fact that you really have no clue as to what your talking about around here.

For some reason, that reminds me of that old Cheech and Chong skit, Lets Make a Dope Deal. It was a fake game show. It was something like this:

Cheech as host: How many joints are in a lid?
Chong as contestant: Two
Cheech: Two?
Chong:I roll big joints.
Cheech: The judges say that's okay, they roll big joints, too.

I think Vince Ferragamo played in the CFL for like a year and then came back to the NFL. I don't think you can say he had a great career either but just as an FYI thing.

Jeff Garcia also was a CFLer and has had a decent career in the NFL. He has actually been better than Flutie, but Doug just has more appeal.

Fun Ricky Ray facts:

Ray started the 2005 season strong, leading the league in completions and yardage. However, towards the end of the year, Ray's play faltered, concluding in him not throwing a touchdown in the season's last four games.

In the playoffs, Ray was benched twice more, both in the West Semi-Final against Calgary and the West Final against British Columbia, and both times Maas came on the field, threw very well, and recorded the winning points.

In addition

Ray is popularly nicknamed "Frito Ray" because, just before joining the Eskimos in 2002, he was working out of football as a driver for the Frito-Lay potato chip company.

And yet Ricky could not stay on as the 3rd QB on the team. I understand your concerns with Johnson, but you got to bring something better to the table than Ray and Maddox. Neither guy was on a roster last season. You may as well say that I am a better option.
