It's not "massive", but I think there is a gap between 33-year-old Dalton and 27-year-old Prescott.
As for those over 4 games...well...again, although Dak IS better (imo), his stats this year were preposterously deceptive due to us getting to face some of the very worst pass defenses early in the year.
There for a while, Seattle, Atlanta, and Cleveland had the 3 very worst pass defenses. They got healthier later in the year, but those pass defenses were putrid early in the year.
Neither guy is a difference making player.. Bottom line.
Paying a QB that much money that can’t impose his will on teams at a high level that brings winning results is moronic.
You can try to cloudy it up with all these fancy ways of looking at it but at the end of the day the game is about winning and losing..
Trucks and trailers.
Dak is not a truck and wants money like he is.
I prefer to win something before I reward a good player with a great contract.
Paying 37 million a year to beat the same bad teams we do with Dalton and brag about stats is a 1 way ticket to mediocrity.
