nopeYou need to take a break from this board.
maybe take your OWN advice..

Thought it was a team game? That's what I've been hearing the past few weeks anyways. Funny how this gets twisted from week to week. People talk about its a team win/loss and then point to "Dak's record against the Eagles/East" It's comical how much flip flopping happens around here.Near zero probability of winning with 3 INTs vs a good team.
The defense held the Eagles to the 2nd lowest total yards and lowest passing yards of any opponent this season.
The Eagles offense had a short field multiple times. The 85 Bears defense would not win that type of game.
If fans actually watched Cooper play you can see his limitations. It's not like he popped off the screen like Romo did when he was undrafted and finally got a chance to play.Near zero probability of winning with 3 INTs vs a good team.

Cooper Rush damage control......who knew he had a whole PR team on this site lol.Yeah, pile on Rush....what a surprise. Yes, he played poorly the 1st half and his 3 INT's were bad. However, he led Dallas back to a 20-17 deficit early in the 4th quarter and the defense failed to stop Philly from driving 75 yards in 8:00 to seal the game. Also, what about the stupid 4th and 1 pass call on their own 30 down 14-0, the failure to challenge the result of the preceeding 3rd down play, and the piss poor OC's decision to go pass happy when the running game was working in the 1st half????? Oh, and what about all the bad penalties?????
So just like so many say Dak isn;t to blame for everything in a loss, neither is Rush.
You just argued it wasn't a team game but now its a team game? You just go with whatever side is anti Dak lol.Thought it was a team game? That's what I've been hearing the past few weeks anyways. Eh fair enough. As much as I will bash on Dak for the back half of last year, he was an MVP candidate before the injury.I was just taking issue with your claim that he had not done your exact situation in recent history. He started 5-1, which to you is apparently meaningful, as recently as possible.

Honestly think your post reminds me that a lot of these team’s situations are likely to change as NFL DCs catch up on what they’re doingEh fair enough. As much as I will bash on Dak for the back half of last year, he was an MVP candidate before the injury.
Sadly our Dc couldnt adjust fast enoughBullcrap KM failed everyone
Rush is a backup
Their OC came out with a plan.
So what you are saying, we lose this game even with Dak...

Lucky it wasn't more than 3 INTs.Near zero probability of winning with 3 INTs vs a good team.

Absolutely agree. My fear is that DCs have caught up to Dak. My hope is im wrong and he comes back and lights it up. If not though we can be pretty good but not win the big game with or without him. That's basically the short version of what I was trying to say.Honestly think your post reminds me that a lot of these team’s situations are likely to change as NFL DCs catch up on what they’re doing
In the Cowboys Game Preshow the fellas went over their main key to winning. Isaiah Stanback said Cooper had to have 300 yards and 3 TDs. Didn’t think this was a team you could beat with the previous MO. I feel like that is what Kellen thought too and unleashed him a little. I agree more with Nate Newton who said the only key was not to have mistakes. It’s a dominant team that you can’t beat if the game gets out of hand (even though we definitely gave it a good try.). Too many early throws, throwing on short yardage, and you could tell Zeke was finding his rhythm. Different QBs, different head coaches, same offensive coordinator.
Yeah I was going to see if he could possibly uncross his armTake away those mistakes and MM needs to challenge plays that are obvious mistakes made by refs. It was a first down. Take those mistakes and it’s closer.
Having the ball dumped in his defenses lap over and over makes it difficult.Sadly our Dc couldnt adjust fast enough
I said several times prior to the game that if we don’t generate more offense and points than we have and Rush makes any mistakes we’re done. Doubt anyone is surprised that he imploded in this game we all thought he was probably going to be in over his head. With that being said Rush did exactly what you’re hoping for with a backup QB during his five starts he kept us afloat.
