That punk better watch his back. He's enraged a lot of Cowboys fans that are just done with him now.
You damn right.
Oh, so you are suggesting Cowboy fans are going to do something to Zeke?
My prediction is the first time the other team loads up and he gets two yards, this place will go ballistic.
But when he breaks off a couple of long runs, there will be a great deal of people that will say, "I was behind him all along."
Really Joe, doesn't you post embarrass you? The vitriol in your comment is surprising.

this is a terrible deal. you never pay a running back that much. That's franchise qb money.

I know so...You think so?
I'm not really surprised, everyone pretty much knew he was going to get a huge contract, starting with Gurley money. Not sure what the big deal is. maybe in the future instead of holdouts and the management being in a different city, just sit down and hammer out a deal instead of drama.
No it's not. It's like half franchise QB money now ($90/6= $15m per, franchise QB money is pushing $30m+ per)
.
I'm just calling it as I see it. He held this season hostage for 40 days. I can understand why that would piss off some folks.Oh, so you are suggesting Cowboy fans are going to do something to Zeke?

Goodbye Byron, Quinn, Hyder, Thomas, Covington, Collins, and Brown
Some of you really dont get it do you? Zeke signing doesnt mean we cant sign anyone else. And neither does signing the triplets. The new CBA is literally 2 years away and the cap will be increasing. Probably by a lot. You all need to stop moaning and crying. We just signed the best RB in the game and some of you are acting like we just lost out on Deion Sanders 2.0 in Byron, who we havent even lost yet.Goodbye Byron, Quinn, Hyder, Thomas, Covington, Collins, and Brown
LOL.... I love it when people talk before they've actually seen the details of the contract. I can not wait to see this. I hope you are still around.
The macro looks good for Zeke but we need to eee the details.. The contract was always about the details and knucklehead insurance.
I saw that, what is your point here? If I look at this, it's actually an 8 year deal right? He has a year, plus the 5th year option so what are the real numbers here? What is actually guaranteed in total and, what is actually the AVE over the how long, the details, which is why I'm not claiming victory or defeat right now.
I know so...
Do you like tater tots? I like tater tots.
Now the "deny Zeke anything" crew wants to look at the details as if this is some recount where they can save face by "losing by a lesser margin." Lol.
$50M guaranteed all while:
"Zeke has no leverage"
"Zeke is asking out of turn"
"Zeke's getting bad advice"
"Zeke's gonna sit"
"Pollard's gonna make us forget him"
"Stephen said we aren't going to be market setters"
"Bell reset the market though"
"Jerry is pissed and dug in"
No, this deal was about paying the best running back the highest salary. Mission accomplished from Zeke's side at least.
