Stupid because you can't understand it.

Imbeciles were saying that Quinn was gone....forgone conclusion.

Now those same imbeciles pretend there is some revelation because we have Schotty as our OC in name only. They were also insisting that McCarthy wouldn't call plays....
I understood it. It was dumb and it still is dumb.

Yes many thought Quinn was out. But the problem w this organization remains the same. They don’t turn over every leaf to improve. It’s the same song and dance every year.

The only imbeciles around here are the ones who think after 30 years and damn near 10 head coaches , that something will be different this time

What you fail to understand is a lot of people can’t find these better players. Like I said look around the league. At least the Cowboys had enough talent to have back to back 12 win seasons making the playoffs both years. We just won a rod playoff game for the first time in 30 years. Our situation isn’t as bad as some fans try and make it out to be. I would prefer someone other than Jerry Jones as the GM, but it wouldn’t guarantee anything. There’s a lot of teams that replace their GM’s every few years to no avail.
So you just keep the same guy in charge who has proven he can’t do it bc it’s hard ? Sound logic, my friend. Great argument. You win.

There is something different.

An entirely new offense with a playcaller who won a super bowl calling plays. Something we haven't seen since Parcells.

Sorry if this enough of a change for you.

Worst kept secret in sports. But I can say Dallas, is going the way of power football. Him and solari are both power football running coaches. Solari especially, he runs a power blocking scheme
Solari runs a hybrid scheme with both man and zone.

Bill Callahan did that when he was in Dallas.
- They would run several zone plays and get the defenders to start over pursuing laterally and then come back with power-man to catch them out of position.

I like it. Address the run game while upgrading the scheme and playcaller....yes please

Carry on being upset about it though lol.

You need a real full back to run a power running game. We haven’t had a full back in years.
A true WCO needs a true FB.
Nobody wants them so a nice one can be drafted mid rounds.

It is a position I plan to get familiar with for this draft. Hopefully their is someone else out there worth drafting.

Free agency and the salary cap has been the biggest problem. He didn’t have to deal with either when he built his great 90s teams.
Jerry didn’t build those great 90s teams. Jimmy did. The problem is that Jerry replaced Jimmy as the GM.

You’re wasting your time arguing about the GM when Jerry isn’t going to fire himself. When he passes on Stephen will likely be the GM. There isn’t anything we can do about the GM but you don’t seem to get that.

Per Jane - where are you goobers that told me those OC interviews last week were legitimate? Hahahaha

Same song and dance from this organization for 30 years - we like our guys - goes for players and coaches

Like I predicted no sought after OC would ever consider this Job esp with the QB we have under center and the circus called the Dallas Cowboys!!!

Jimmy built those teams, but Jerry had to sign off on every move that was made. Everything still started and ended with him. It’s not like Jimmy moved on and had great success in Miami. Those teams struggled with the salary cap as well. Jimmy’s playoff record in Miami was 2-3. His last game with the Dolphins he lost 62-7 in the playoffs. He said in an interview he didn’t have the players. He said he couldn’t go out and wheel and deal like he did with the Cowboys because of the salary cap. He mentioned Marino was in decline. You have to have the players to win.
