Barry Church on 103.3 today said this about Greg Hardy: "He's definitely going to get his second chance. Hopefully it'll be with us."

Listen to the man, Jerry or Stephen or whomever is running things now.

Maybe some of the players are in the know?

Interesting.

I wonder what the players will be thinking if we indeed just pass without a glance.

The "what are we doing???" coming from Dez Bryant will probably be a little more prevalent.

I think the players have to be a bit dumbfounded. They get to 12-4 and we seemingly do nothing in free agency to improve ourselves. That has to be a bit frustrating, especially when the players see team mates and friends leaving as well.

Apparently we're putting all of our eggs in the draft and b- list free agent baskets,,, it will be a minor miracle if the team can measure up to last year's squad much less improve.

It looks like they believe they're still rebuilding and it's not time to go all in,,,, that they need to build a defensive core and they want to do it thru the draft,,, which is fine provided the offense doesn't disintegrate in the meantime.

I think most are smart enough to realize it is a "business" when someone leaves over money. It is the reaction of the team following that.

When the trauma of losing a key part of your offense is to sign a career bust who nobody respects and a journeyman linebacker?

I doubt that fills everyone with passion and excitement, getting them all on board for the big win.

I won't rule Hardy out until Jerry or Stephen say they aren't interested in him, or he is signed elsewhere. it makes too much sense not to at least try for Hardy unless they are taking the "no domestic violence issues" approach.

Or drew could be saying that to generate interest?

Drew Rosenhaus has been proven to have done this in the past. I wouldn't trust anything coming out of that camp. He already pissed off the Raiders by lying and saying they wanted Hardy, just to drive up the cost.

Mike Fisher is not reporting this. Mark Lane is the author. And it's an opinion based read. Everything exclusive Fisher posts is opinion based by writers from Dallas scout site. Everything reported by Fisher is free to read. Fisher endorses that site so he puts it on his twitter

Well I get being patient and all, but so far this offseason has been an epic fail. How have we improved this team? We sign 2 FB after losing a DL and 2 LB an OT and the leading Rusher. Tell me again how we improved?

The truth is we haven't................nobody wants to admit it, but we are significantly worse right now than when our season ended in Green Bay.

I understand not spending in free agency, but you cannot lose players like Durant and replace him with Keith Rivers, then lose the NFL's Offensive Player of the Year and replace him with Darren McFadden.

Lol everything I've gathered is nobody really knows jack about Hardy except Bal, Car, and SF will not be signing him. Everything else is just speculation.

Thank you! I am very glad to hear this. I am hoping the opinion is wrong.
