pretty sure he was being facetious.
Makes sense. Hard to tell on a screen sometimes.

As I said I consider anytime a team is on the field that it is a challenge and a test. Games are never won at prediction sights or message boards the team still has to go out and take on the challenge. When I posted this it was not some deal of this is the 1st real challenge it is just the next challenge vs a very good defense. As for their offense Flacco is not having the best of years but he does have some guys who are capable of making big plays in Steve Smith and Mike Wallace. I expect Dallas to go out and take care of business but I don't think this is a cake walk any more than I felt Pitt would be a cake walk. They gave us a heck of a game. Us fans can afford to down play every team the Cowboys face but the Cowboys can't afford to do that
We've never beaten them. Regardless of where the game is being played, so we owe them A LOT of "Payback".We owe them payback from the last time they played in Dallas.
So then with this logic, the Browns were a first real test.
Just keep passing the test DalllasYep just add this to the "test" pile....enjoy the win today take it in...as a fan wins like this have been few and far between the past twenty years...I'm sure the team will be preparing for the next "test" tomorrow.....
Just don't turn the ball. It was just reported that the Ravens will be down both of their starting guards. Marshall Yanda is like us losing Martin. They might have a good defense, but if our defense can get off the field on 3rd down, eventually their defense will get tired and then Zeke will start gashing them.
Bring them onYes still enjoying the win vs Pitt but looking ahead Dallas will be up against the NFL top ranked defense in the Ravens who currently giving up 17.8 points a game and ranked 1st in run defense and 5th in pass defense. Cowboys need to enjoy the Pitt win today and get back to work tomorrow as they will be facing a tough defense.
Well said indeed sir.Bring them on
Ravens are meh. No offense to speak of.
Bring them on
Baltimore's defensive stat is a little misleading. It's similar to the Dextor Coakley led Dallas defenses that were often ranked 5th in the league during those 5-11 seasons. It was more a result of no offense and low scoring than of actual defense. If you aren't scoring, teams play a little more conservatively with a lead.
I wonder what kind of picks we could get for Dexter Coakley's corpse?
sorry old joke.
Both their guards are out as well. I wasn't "ignoring" their defense, I was rendering an opinion on the team as a whole. 5-4 is meh to me. You are certainly entitled to your wrong opinion.Their defense makes up for a lot of it like how our offense does for our defense. Calling them meh is ignorant.
True there are no guarantees in this league ever and Joe Flacco, is a above average QB capable of winning games and Baltimore is always known for their defense but as someone previously mentioned while Baltimore is a challenge defensively for the Cowboys' offense this will be the best O-line and running game this Ravens defensive front will face all year as you said this will be a challenge but I like our chances yes they have a highly ranked defense but so did the Packers, and Bengals before they played the Cowboys and look what happened to them one thing is for certain they better bring everything they got or they fall victim to this offense just like Cincy, and Green Bay.That is how I feel. I like the challenges. People talk about the Seahawks I say bring them on as well but I'm not one to take any game lightly. I don't come here predicting blowouts. Even a bad team can get hot on any given day. What makes a team bad or a player bad is lack of consistency but we have all see Joe Flacco with a hot hand and while this season has been difficult all I care is this coming game it remains a difficult season.
Yep. The only team in the league we have never beaten. Is that true. We've really never beaten the Ravens.
Flu, don't want to get everyone sick. That's usually golden. Stress the part about not wanting to pass it on to others. Enjoy the game!
