Best time to trade Leary would be once someone loses their starting guard in training camp.
You guys are silly. Leary doesn't have much value around the league, and honestly, not much value on the team considering they're looking at paying him $2.5M to sit on his couch on Sundays. Stop thinking emotionally and use your head.

Day 3 pick and then have to use it to replace him.
For a year, because he is gone next year.
If they got a four in exchange for a one year rental, that is a victory. That said, less than that they may be better off keeping him.
Only if the entire OL goes with him. lolWhat about Leary + McFadden for any sort of pick(s)? McFadden coming off a 1000 yard season on a really good contract... he has to have some value.
i wouldnt take less than a 3 but i doubt anyone would give that
A 4th? Rather have Leary as the backup OG.
Especially to get into the first 10 picks of the 2nd round this year, where there is so much defensive depth, and several matches of talent to our needs. Not for a year though. A draft pick is worth more.
You are probably right, but no reason not to listen to offers.
What about Leary and a 4th to move up for a falling Jack or maybe just Leary to get Jaylon Smith. Risk/reward seems about right.
Leary + 3rd rounder to move back into the early second round so we can take Jack and a good DE.

You may have to get over your Jack obsession if the Cowboys have flagged his knee as a concern.
