Dez is a glorified possession receiver, he's not an elite receiver and there is nothing that Chris Carter stated that wasn't true about Dez!

Nothing against Dez but I think the Dallas offense is a lot more dynamic and consistent when they distribute the football to many receivers/tightend/backs instead of trying to force it to Dez 14 times a game...

I've never liked Cris Carter. He thinks he is so entitled to everything. Screwed up big time at Ohio State, started off poorly in the NFL, played in a pass first offense, padded his stats, came up small in the playoffs, never made it to a Super Bowl and remains a bittermen everytime he is on TV. Whined when he didn't make the HOF those first few years and then had a horrible, bitter, selfish HOF speech. **** that guy.

I don't have a problem with Sharpe. He actually produced when his team needed him and doesn't come off as a bitter whiny ***** like Carter.

That's a bit of cherry picking. Early in his career Carter had addiction issues. He went on to enjoy 10 seasons with 72+ catches. The man has got the cred to speak...5th all time in catches in the NFL.

Some of the criticisms of Dez are valid. Dez has left a lot of meat on the bone over his career because he hasn't worked hard on his craft. That's just a fact. He's not run good consistent routes.

Dez has matured in a number of ways. He can do amazing things and help the Cowboys win. Let's hope that he continues to do so and grows into the player he's capable of being.

Cherry picking? Lol is that you Chris? Stay off the drugs and addiction wouldn't have been a problem. Point being don't say so and so is this, that and the other when they have better numbers than you. If that person has better numbers and you are the more "complete" player it looks bad IMO. If you are mr complete why are your numbers better than someone who isn't?
