Ah yes that above average defense in 2019 that couldn’t force a punt against the Bills and Bears. Clearly Dak’s fault.

Didn't say it was daks fault but the offense has costed dallas games too not just the defense. Both games you mentioned the offense failed to show up in the 1st half. Just sayin...

Problem is, the last few years our defense was bad. So every mistake he makes is magnified and he’s basically asked to play a perfect game.

Better defense (Parsons) should help level this out

Last few years? Go back and look at Tony's defenses, especially the pass defense. It's been terrible for a long time.

So those teams had very good defenses. Offense? They made Turbisky look like Joe Montana.

Mahomes has been gifted 33+ return TDs by their D or ST. Dak in that same period has like 8.
Mahomes defense is opportunistic and plays hard and takes chances knowing they have a QB that can carry them. Dak leaves his defense hanging. Can't put together ball possession drives against the better teams. That Rams playoff game Dak scored on a scripted opening drive and than was MIA until the 3rd quarter and he couldn't put together 3 first downs to give his defense rest.

the butt hurt is strong with the Dakazoids. Dak was never going to carry this team to anything. He is a great bus driver and I mean great. Give him an all pro line, all pro WR's, and all pro Running back and he will look decent. Dont get me wrong. He's a great dude and people the players around him like him very much. But thats not winning championships.
He has gone from a feel good story to greedy guy.

These Dak lovers will never ever see him at fault. But the truth is great QBs step up in big moments and Dak NEVER steps up. This team goes as Zeke and the online go.

Yeah, no kidding. That's sort of how teams work?

"Dak is not good against good teams"...….should be "We/They ain't good against good teams."

Yes that's what it should be.. but it will never be for those who need everything to be black and white and a convenient scapegoat for their frustrations.. Simple minds seek simple answers to complex issues.

I know it's not just his fault but Dak's record against winning teams the past 3 years is not good.
He's 5-13 the past 3 seasons.
He threw for a lot of garbage stats in many of the losses and hasn't performed at a top level.
For a 4th round pick, he was given a lot of deference.
But now, he's compensated as a Top level QB and he is expected to perform as such and find a way to overcome deficiencies outside of his control.
The Top QB's tend to "find a way" and that's what will be expected of Dak.
I hope he can deliver.
Cut him and go with Cooper......

It’s also just patently not true. Dak has played well in a lot of big moments. Including the playoffs. It’s just flat out BS that dude just stated. Total nonsense that has zero basis in reality.

Dak’s playoff stats speak for themselves. 95.7 rating in the playoffs. 64% completion. 7.7 yards per attempt. 5 touchdowns. 2 picks.
Plus add on two rushing touchdowns.

I guess playing well in actual playoff games is now “never stepping up in big moments”

Funnily enough. Dak’s objectively worst playoff game, is the only one the cowboys won. Against the Seahawks.

Almost like you said, football is a team sport. Imagine that.

AS well as the defensive turnover drought know as the Rod Marinelli.

They do sometimes. But that's a loss on the offense and the defense is my point. Cant just blame the defense.
