You can’t really do it based on stats alone. You’d have to compare similar team stats in terms of rankings and then compare the individual stats, but even then that is a difficult comparison. The only way to really do a comparison is to have them play on the same team and see how each does and that was only possible in 2016 and not allowed to happen with an open QB competition.Well I can't speak for everyone, but I've never gave Dak excuses. I've blamed him for both those 49ers losses. It's Romo supporters like you and @erod , that can't provide any evidence that proves Romo is so much better than Dak
What is comparable is the talent level rankings of the teams they played on at least the defensive side of the ball, where both can be a factor but it’s usually more indirectly, e.g., turning the ball over giving defenses short fields, offense not producing so wearing down the defense, etc. What is reality is Dak has played on teams with far better defensive rankings especially when it comes to forcing turnovers and rushing the QB.
