You can't be a great GM if you can't evaluate talent. Romo has zero experience in this area so it's anybody's guess as to how he'd do.

I'd feel more confident saying he could be a good coach but even that's guessing as to how he could communicate with his players.

During a game, you could see him tell Kevin Ogletree "you're stupid."
