Dalton throws for 300+ yds: fans say keep him. Dak threw for 450+ yds 3 times, fans say cut him?

19 of 33 57.6% Comp % 212 Yards 0 TD's 1 INT

...and thank you for making the point that the Dallas defense played very well and gave up only 13 points....yet Dak couldn't push them over into the win column.
Dink and Dunk Dalton 29/47 243 yards 0TD 1 Int.... ...how impressive.......and that against a 5-10 team....now that's really impressive

you don't want neither, but you don't have any other solutions...great....perhaps we go wildcat next year with Zeke and Pollard, maybe even go back to wishbone....geez people....

The solution is, you don't pay Dak and try to find a QB elsewhere, whether it's Gilbert or literally anyone else, if you know QB 1 and 2 aren't going to get it done.

actually most of his yards didn't come in the 4th quarter.....it was in 2nd and 3rd quarter.

and the question is if your team is within one score with three minutes to go, you consider that garbage yards? and you throw in the towel? I am glad you were never on my team. I bet when you played, if you played, you would go down by one score in the first quarter and you would just head to the shower and say I guess we lost...

Dalton didn't produce against average teams. he stunk against Ravens, WFT and AZ. I mean STUNK in a big way. STUUUNNNKKKK....the smell is still lingering

he did beat three back up QBs on 4 win teams...so I give him that.....and he did need defense to get him 9 turnovers to do it....... and Sunday he lost to another starting QB.... and stunk it up one more time in a must win game....STUNNNNKKKKK

and if you are willing to pay Dalton 20 Mil, then you are stupider than I thought.......no team in the NFL is dumb enough, including Jerry to pay him anywhere close to that neighborhood, but your hatred for Dak has made you into a moron to consider paying dink and dunk dalton 20 M....wow just wow....!!! 20M...seriously.....at least the other Dak Haters wanted dalton beause he would cost 3 M, but you are going to throw in another 17 just for good measure...

which gives me pause...perhaps I would like to make a business deal with you LOL

btw, with Dalton you go 0-4 in the playoffs and 1-13 in must win games.....wow....I guess some people just like losers...

I dont know why people (like you) must always be insulting when somebody has another opinion then them.

Those kind of people cant be taken serious.

So people who say "Don't pay zeke because you can get that production cheaper"

can;t for the life of them understand "don;t pay Dak because you can get that production cheaper".

I know, I know....."it's more complicated than that". Everything.....always is.

So Dalton's stats are similar to Dak's....thanks for pointing out that Dak sucks as much as Dalton and neither should get big money contracts.
if you think that's similar...then you are more clueless than I gave you credit for....I am going to lower my expectations of you even more.....I may have to dig some dirt to achieve that LOL

Ice cold, constant freezing rain...those elements are worse for a QB. Yet, in the video you sent me, it clearly showed so many Cowboys players messing up and hurting drives. So how was poor performances from other players actually Dak's fault?
A excuse for every failure, bet he had a hang nail too.

Why is it Dak v Dalton? They're not the only QBs on the planet.

I've always kinda wondered about this. Between the draft and other teams maybe wanting to go in another direction......but it's just these two?

I think many who question paying Dak have watched the Cowboys give out contract extensions to the likes of Zeke, J. Smith, Lawrence only to watch their performances drop soon after getting the money. They also see the likes of Goff and Wentz who got paid big money and soon after they began to suck. They also see how bad the defense of the Cowboys is and how injuries and age are starting to impact the offensive line.

They see all this and question whether it is the right thing to do to commit such big money to Dak when at the end of the day the team really just needs to be blown up and start a major rebuild.......but unless Jerry Jones gives up his GM role and brings in a legitimate GM and a legitimate disciplinarian style coach in the mold of Jimmy Johnson all we are all doing are acting like circus clowns in Jerry Jones' big tent.

Seriously sir! That is a fair and great post.

It's well thought out argument against signing Dak to a long term deal because we've seen consequences of misses.

This is a clear difference from Dak Hate where Cowboy "fans" say there isn't much difference or a gap between Dak and Dalton. :lmao2:

The 2021 draft will be defined by leadership qualities and intangibles at the QB position.

The dynamics in the NFL lockerroom has changed in 2020 into the future..Everyone has a platform. Better have someone who can lead on and off the field.
