I actually like Jaylon Johnson more than all of them. But I would be calling to see how far i can trade up with just giving up a 4th to get either johnson or diggs. Thinking maybe you can get up into the early 40sDiggs, McKinney, Delpit or Winfield tomorrow and I’m doing cartwheels around the house
I would be shocked if Gross-Matos made it past 40. Then again, Lamb at 17 was a shocker. That would be so sweet to land YGM at 51.the run on WRs wont stop.
one of those defensive players should be there.
DE and DT group looks promising.
we could walk into the 3rd Rd with a CeeDee/Gross-Matos or CeeDee/Blacklock combo....that is one helluva start for us.
if we get johnson tomorrow. they could draft me and you with the next 2 picks and i would be thrilled with the overall draft haul lolI would be shocked if Gross-Matos made it past 40. Then again, Lamb at 17 was a shocker. That would be so sweet to YGM at 51.
Expecting the Bengals to take an OT to start things off (Josh Jones ?) but who knows.
Can you post a link to one?
I think that would be the player (Kinlaw)..., I would have tried for as dallas GM, not a WR.I mean, look at what Lynch did with Kinlaw. He really didn't need a D player either, but he went BPA.
I hate he did it, but yeah, there's something to be said for that approach.
OH for sure. Probably should double dip even with Lewis and Chido coming back if they decide that.thats why i think they double dip at CB.

dallas should have moved up and picked him.
If Lamb is as good in the pros as at okla. then he may be worth the pick.
But what he did in college may not translate to the nfl.
Rogers mustve been furious. itll been an interesting year in GB.Adam Shefter pointed out something amazing
- McCarthy gets a 1st rd WR his 1st year in Dallas (so TWO 1st rounders and 3rd on same team)
- Aaron Rodgers went his 15th straight year without getting either a 1st Rd RB or WR in Green Bay. Instead, they draft a QB
The irony
There is a lot of debate that he's the best safety in the draft. I think the only thing that is causing him to slip are injury concerns and his size.If Diggs and Johnson are gone, and we can't trade up without giving up something stupid. McKinney gone as well, Antoine Winfield's son at S is interesting.
I first watched him like 4 months ago before he flew up draft boards, and kinda dismissed the idea when he started getting 2nd round pick talk. But, with this offense, if you think you can get even some of his game to translate, it's something you have to consider.
4th rounder trade up, as far as value, gets us to like 45-46. But hey, you never know.

That looks like the kind of guy who you can't pass on at #17 to me. Especially when it fills a need. Not to mention if the Cowboys don't take him, the Eagles probably find a way to. This was the smart pick in the short and long run. This team needs more talent, not just hole fillers. Add to it there was no consensus on safety or any other position left like there was with Lamb. I wanted Chaisson, but as others pointed out, he just doesn't have great tape. We've gotten burned so many times just taking athletes or potential. Why not take the surest thing on the board, the BPA, a player widely regarded as the best in the draft at his position?
