Don't recall the police even being involved in the mall incident...

And were there any legal ramifications from the Jan incident? I don't think so.

So yeah, he's still standing at one.

All the things that's happened to Dez by Dez or around Dez fall under nuisance issues.

This incident involving his mom is alot more serious and should be taken seriously by everyone involved, but unless he's convicted, I'm not convinced teh team will do anything that would satiate those who are ready to cut bait.

Well if you look at his problems they are slowly escalating. Immature college decision, then security guards at mall, then being questioned by police for violence in Miami and now arrested for it. I hope it works out but...I wouldnt turn a blind eye to it and say its nothing.

College decision was lying about having dinner with Dieon.

The mall thing was about saggy pants. Are we really counting that??? Please.

Turned out that the Miami thing wasn't even him it was someone else that started all of that and no he wasn't arrested for that.

This is the only thing that is serious and even this there are monumental doubts about.

NFL Live is actually doing a great job with the story IMO. Chris Carter and Marcellus Wiley are letting it play out and have no comment.

Who wouldn't be? I'm sure he is remorseful for even showing up let alone the whole PR thing that's going on. And the only one who has said that has been an "adviser". Not his rep and not the team so nothing from Dez at all.

I never said he shouldn't be...I only said it was one of the things we can claim to know.

And when your "longtime advisor" goes on the record, I think more times than not it's safe to assume his words are an accurate reflection...or else he wouldn't BE a "longtime" advisor lol...(well, unless you're a complete idiot who keeps people close to you who constantly misrepresent your thoughts and views to the press).

Simply ridiculous. Mall cops hasseling him and his boys over baggy pants and a shouting match at a bar qualifies as run ins with the law that rise to the level of giving up a young man you knew had some issues. Not in my book. Not even close.

Dez could have went over there and started an argument and picked a verbal fight.

That doesn't mean he assaulted his mom or did anything criminal, much less cold cocked her in the face while she was knitting him a sweater vest and drinking a homemade lemonade. You're still allowed in America to visit family members and disagree with them.

Exactly, and I have a hard time calling this an issue. This is a personal/family issue that is nobodies business except for those close to him. He needs love and support. I'm sure something happened but it's not newsworthy, arrest worthy, or suspension worthy.

Mom was the only police incident. Nothing happened at the club. Cops weren't called at the mall (misdemeanor sagging pants charge?).
