You are answering your own question, why do they pull the LBs and put in Roy and Burnett and bring in Watkins in obvious pass situations its simple, because Roy and Burnett cover better than Akin and James

If you're the kind of person who is big into DBs allowing TDs, missing tackles and committing personal fouls, then yes, both those players are far superior to Williams.
