When you fight, where do you hit someone? If you're attempting to strike them, where do you aim?

When I thought about the Cowboys signing Hardy, I made sure that I did as much homework as possible on him and his case before I ever thought about advocating it. Nobody wants a piece of garbage on their team. After an extensive review, her character, her actions, and her testimony, told me everything I needed to know. And her conduct during the entire process only solidified things.

I agree.

Did you see the bruise on the wrist of the reporter in the Trump case? She was barely grabbed and she had a big bruise. It happens. When a 275 lb man STRIKES a woman, it leaves more than bruises and red marks. It is like the story about he Emperor's new clothes.

People are looking at the pictures but they aren't SEEING anything.

The guy is trash. Do you read his quotes? By the way there is no pre-req for getting hit. Trash or classy women shouldn't get thrown around. So u wasted research. Just a bad argument

And Steve Smith is an authority now?

On arrests for assault, he might be:

On November 10, 2002, Smith was involved with an altercation with his teammate Anthony Bright during a film-room meeting.[4] Smith was suspended after that incident, which left Bright with a fractured orbital lobe. Smith was arrested and briefly jailed on charges of misdemeanor assault, and the Panthers suspended him for one game on November 21

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Smith,_Sr.

Thanks for making my point. A criminal sho is angry and bs'es people knows a teammate who does the same

#1 - I'd love to see a list of articles that were slanted TOWARD Hardy and not the lazy three sentence variety.

#2 - I read the entire transcript of Hardy's hearing with the NFL and the recap of reporters who attended the initial Court Hearing. Did you?

Yes when these threads first popped up and people like you claimed they knew exactly what happened. Yet others who logically were objective were yelled at because drunk/drug women are stupid

I don't get this Nobody ever has suggested Nicole Harder is fair game for being hit because of her character. It's all about the credibility of her story. Combined with all the contradictions between the different versions she has told, it leaves her being very unbelievable in this instance.

Yes, simple questions like "Did the sole accuser lie" and "Did the DA drop all charges when it was time to go to trial".

You know, the simple stuff.

Been in a DAs office. Many o know still are. There are many reasons why the DA can drop a charge...witnesses, evidence, etc..doesn't mean not guilty or nothing happened. Also, you don't think Hardy lied? Have you seen his comments? The minute some of you become adults and realize you weren't there and there is a 99.9% chance that all parties have an agenda and are lying in some way the better off these threads will be.

I get it because from the time we signed him until now it has been implied by some. She is on drugs, etc so what is she worth when it comes to this incident is basically being stated. Read my post above. They are all being disengenuous. Ive stated she is crazy. He is just as crazy. You get a volitile relationship that had issues and the truth to him and her is probably in between their stories with each one trying to discredit the other through credit.

His interview alone should give people pause as to his mental state and ability to be rational

Nowhere have I said she is this beacon. But he isn't much better and to act like he just was misunderstood is laughable

Only if you are convinced he is guilty. If he is innocent is he still crazy? Crazy for not admitting to something he didn't do?

I'm not convinced of anything but his actions tell me about about him and a majority of people have noticed the same. As I said I think he did hurt her and I think she was unstable and full of crap too. It doesn't have to be absolute. Me thinking he is crazy and a piece if crap human comes from his reaction on Twitter, in his initial presser, how he handled himself during season and in this interview. Guy has zero clue how to act in society and zero self awareness. His comments are plain stupid and hurtful

Hyperbole much......'zero clue how to act in society'......all because he doesn't fall down and beg for mercy for something he didn't do........he has never been in trouble before or since this controversial night and you can still play judge, jury and executioner....

It's not Hyperbole. It's my opinion and it's one shared by many around him. I'm all about where there is smoke, there is fire and the guy is a certified knumbskull who has zero clue. He doesn't have to admit anything. He just has to be aware. Instead he pushes buttons to the detriment of all. That's all.

Ok. We'll agree to disagree on this particular subject rather than wasting any more time on something on which our individual opinions won't change. No problem.

All these posts from "so called" legal experts and this is not in court. This whole thing is right dead smack in
the court of public opinion and the parties that matter: The NFL, Women's groups, Advertisers, etc. all have
made the determination that something bad happened. They don't need any more or better evidence to make
their determination. They have made it... I think the 32 teams and the NFL FO have determined that it is
not in the best interest of the NFL for Mr. Hardy to play professional football again. I suspect all 32 teams got
a message from the commish and I think Mr. Hardy better try the CFL or Arby's for a job.

If that was the case wouldn't they have done it last year?
I don't think teams are passing on him over that issue. I think it's more about what he has done in the time since then.
It's just my opinion but I think had Hardy came in last year and did his part to put this behind him it would be behind him. Had he came in and done his job, showed up on time, either don't do interviews or got some advise on what to say, played like he was capable all year and been a good guy in the locker room he would be back here, or be getting a big contract somewhere else. I think he had the opportunity to put the incedent behind him and either didn't take it serious or is not smart enough to realize that last season was his golden opportunity to move forward with his career. i don't think the nfl is behind no one wanting him and I don't think the incident alone is why no one wants him. I think what he did with his second chance makes teams feel like he doesn't deserve another chance since he did nothing with the last one

He burned his NFL bridge last year and then he spit in it's face over his last two interviews. He is toast as far as the NFL is concerned.
The only thing positive he might have done last year and this year is to continuously eat some "humble" pie. All he has done is throw
apple pie in the NFL's face and now he finds himself in the ash bin of NFL history.

It's a shame that he doesn't see that. Such a waste of talent
But he was given a gift last year and he blew it. Sadly in his mind he really doesn't see that HE did this to himself
