No. Rush has not had a game where he performed better than Daks best
just do his job. Nothing more. Same as every other NFL QB.He’s $40M QB1. What should they be asking of him?
MM even said this. Agree. Its that Rush just is quicker 2 digest what he is seeing. Then his release is decent. Its that simple.Timing Timing Timing.100 percent agree.
It's laughable but expected..same posters..not even suprising, ABD crowd will try and sell anyone as its not about team its a bout the feelings for one player..actually funny they always try and Sell team while trying to sell you Rush or Dalton or anyother backup QB in this league..Just think when Dak puts up 40-50 points on these same division rivals they dismiss it instantly but when Rush struggles to 20 its the QB we should be playing..lol not even hiding the ridiculous player feelings...
Posts like this are frustrating. How do you know he isn't smart? If you don't think he is a good football player, then fine, has nothing to do with whether he is smart or not.
I’m not even going to bother. He could have a ring and you would still blame him . What about Ezekiel Elliott tripping over his ego on the goal line against the Rams. What about Byron Jones missing the ball from Aaron Rodgers. Come on stop it you just don’t like the guy
According to YOU just a couple weeks ago Dak isn't capable of winning a ring anyways.
I think Rush is doing well at what he is being asked to do. But make no mistake about it.. the coaching staff is helping him a lot. The run/pass ratio has been close to 50/50 in all three of his starts this year.. They have run more 12 personnel than before.. They have made his reads much easier because there has been only two receivers to read and the tight end running to the flat and stopping while the RB blocks then leaks out to the other flat and stops. His completion percentage, 60.8, would be great.. if this was 1992... And it's a lot easier to manage the game when the defense is giving up 15 points a game.. Rush is fine.. he's just not as good as Dak.. A couple of those throws he made Sunday were almost "close your eyes and heave it" throws. That can't go on forever.. At some point Goodell is going to call down to the refs and make sure some of those interceptions get the flags picked up. This team needs a more talented QB to get to the next level. Now if Dak keeps playing as he did against Tampa we aren't getting that next level QB. But if he gets back to normal, he's light years better than Rush and we can ride him and this defense pretty damn far..
You called it he has admitted to getting greedy at times and trying to go for the bigger play when a smaller sure play is there. If "his guy" is getting open to the tune of a 67% completion rate I would say the looks are deceiving in this instance. But when 70% of his completions are to guys other than the X receiver the notion that he's locked in on the primary just doesn't make sense.
Sure Dak needs to get better.. but let's not get bogged down with these mindless absolutes to justify our preconceived notions. A lot of times I believe Dak sees these open receivers on the underneath routes just fine.. but he has fallen in love with the big play so he zips right past that guy and is waiting for the bigger play to open up. Mind you I think he needs to cut that crap out but I don't think his problem is not seeing the short throws.. Rather I think his problem is not taking them..
Are you saying the coaching staff does not help Dak? Is this another excuse for him, the coaches? But for Rush the coaches are doing their job? Dude!
Not sure where you gathered this from my post? Perhaps read it again. The summary is perspective and sample size.
Made a whole thread just dogging him and now he's acting like anyone thinking Dak isn't great is stupid lolHa ha...I just posted the same sentiment to him.
Yeah this jumping up and down after our offense puts up an average of 22 points against two teams that Dak averaged 40 against last year is a real puzzler. In what alternate reality is it "better" to score half as many points? While completing a lower percentage for a lower yards per attempt.. No one is happier than I that Rush has kept this thing afloat in Dak's absence.. But I am not about to sit here and act like 22 points a game is better than 32 points a game.. That dawg won't hunt.

Ronnie please stop last year was last year and and circumstances altered those cases
Cooper Rush played against those teams at full strength this year.
Dak Will most likely have the opportunity to do that this year so we will see how that turns out.
First let's see if Dak can win those games. Then we can analyze by how much
They did the same thing with Romo. Romo didn't get love until he was done and these people are still rewriting history.Prescott is never going to get the credit respect he deserves. Especially after taking over for everyone’s hero Tony. That being said. Rush being just a little bit taller. Maybe you can see the Lane faster. Definitely not better.
Noted. That's on me.Perhaps you need to read it again because my post was not directed toward you. Sorry for the confusion, but my post was to Ronnie.
