The message is this team is not good. No reason to over pay in a trade for a team that does not belong g in the playoffs.

Trade Pickens for a minimum of a 2nd round pick. With 2 1's and 2 2's and money to spend in Free Agency, should be able to get this D moving in the right direction quickly.

NE needs a WR, has cap space and 10 Draft Picks next season.

I am a firm believer of the entertainment league.

The Cowboys have a big enough following and enough ratings that the NFL does not need them to win. They just need to like Jerry says "Hang out at the Rim"

This explains us not going all in and or rebuilding. It is a reload to once again hang out in mediocrity.
