It sure looked that way. They kept their best player in that game (Barkley) on the sideline for much of the second half. Total head scratcher, after the production he had in the1st half.

Conspiracy.
Eagles personnel switched play charts at half, and gave them Linehan’s book on not playing Zeke in the 2nd half as much.
So when they came back on the field, the play charts were different.
