I agree 100% with this. You can’t ruin a man’s reputation, family, career etc and get away with it. It also causes woman who have had the trauma of being assaulted to be scared to come forward. I hope it’s investigated to make sure an assault didn’t happen or if an assault did happen and it wasn’t Dak, then the real perpetrator will be caught. I hope if Dak didn’t do it, which I believe he didn’t with the limited info I know, his name will be cleared quickly.

You're already assuming she's lying? I would let this play out before assuming anything. He's admitted he was with the woman on the night in question so it's not outside of the realm of possibility that something happened.

Right. Let’s be fair to both Dak and the woman and investigate. Let the investigation take its course and before we throw Dak under the bus or the woman under the bus let’s get more information. It does no good to label her a bad person or him a bad person with the limited knowledge we have.
