So I just saw on the news that Dak’s accuser is seeking criminal charges and a police report has been filed. So an investigation will happen and we’ll have to wait to see what the investigation uncovers. But things just took a more interesting turn.

If he did it I hope they catch him. If he didn’t do it I hope his name is cleared and she gets in trouble for filing a false report. Either way this sucks. IDC about contracts or football on this one, I just hope the correct conclusion is made by the police.

I will say it again. I will be very shocked if Dak didn’t this. Absolutely nothing to do with football or his play when I think about it but I would be floored if it’s true. Not ruling it out for respect of the alleged victim but it just doesn’t seem like Dak. I’m hoping he’s not a guy that would do that.

You see what happened to him at the parking lot in Panama?
Have you ever been beaten down like that?
Don't buy into Dak's goodie tooshie act as its front to cover for his on-the-field failures.
Justice will tell the tale here but it wouldn't surprise me if he is found guilty.

What does a young man getting into a fight during spring break have to do with anything? That's darn near normal especially when alcohol is involved

I don't how this is anything more than "he said, she said ".

When did this assault allegedly occur?

If it's in September or October, I could really see this being true.

But if was supposed to have happened in January, I don't think Dak would have been able to perform.
Hey. It was the o-line's fault, and the play calling was terrible,

Let the justice system play out here . I listened to her legal representative yesterday on the fan105.3. There are many cases of gold diggers falsely accusing people of stature to get paid

There are also cases of athletes and other famous people taking advantage of their wealth and power

If he’s guilty then he should be held accountable if not she should be

But for fans hoping for guilt because they want a change at the qb position you’re sad.

Women who falsely accuse people of sexual assault should be locked up for the same amount of time the men would have gone to jail.
Today, a woman who runs a sex scandal and forced sex operation for a man is now offered a new trial instead for not being protected for original legal procedures although still guilty for minor abuses on very base levels.

Kind of like not establishing a dominant running element....for a 'dominant' team. Guilty as charged still...

Not guilty on any charges indicated...

Say what? Yes, they’ve essentially sat on the FA sideline while RB Tony Pollard, C Tyler Biadasz and DE Dorance Armstrong are moving on with Smith, the longtime stalwart on the blind side, apparently set to follow. But is that worse than overspending for aging or largely interchangeable pieces? Let’s allow "America’s Team" to get MVP runner-up Dak Prescott’s contract in order – it's set to expire next year with a provision preventing the quarterback from being tagged – and see what happens afterward.

Never mind...it's all too complex for a fan.

Drunken college fight...lol, wait til you're old enough to go to college.

Don't buy into his act, we know you haven't, after accusing him of visiting a cancer center was just for show, discounting the fact that his mother died of cancer.

If they take the case and accept the criminal complaint then the accuser would have to have some evidence to present. This could be DNA or maybe she went to the hospital and got examined.

So not to be “that guy” because I don’t want to poo poo the trauma of a possible assault or poo poo the trauma of an attempted extortion. So I’m not meaning to be insensitive. The Texas statute of limitations is passed but the NFL statute of limitations handed out by Kind Lordship Goodell could very well punish Dak for this regardless if he did it or not, Ala Zeke. There’s a realistic possibility Dak will be suspended.
