No need to dog Wilson. He's a good QB, but saying he doesn't benefit from a great supporting cast is ignorant.
He has all the savvy you want for the position. His size and arm talent limit him. You can win with him, because he follows the script and can make plays down field. He keeps defenses honest with his play making ability. A great leader
Those would be signs of physical toughness.
31TDs and 10INTs gets you 15th? In what universe?
Despite the Angelo bashing, he wrote something potentially insightful that I have never seen before.
Romo's "blind spot". I'd be interested to see exactly what this means.
Lol. Wilson at 4. Get real. On that team, a dead man can be #4.
No way in hell is Alex Smith, Colin Kaepernick and Cam Newton better than Romo.
If Romo had their defenses he'd be in everybody's top 5-6 QB's list.
Flavor of the month.........
Welp, 2 of those 3 QBs have accounted for the last 3 straight NFC title games and one came real close to a Super Bowl victory. I wish we could have a flavor of the month and not the consistent failure we have here. But I guess the logic is since ours is actually a consistent failure and has been since 2006, that it's better than a "flavor of the month" who actually can win playoff games. Heck even get to the playoffs for that matter.
Seriously. Put Wilson on the Cowboys and he'd be in a body bag.
This guy is just ranking the QB's off of last year alone. I think he is pretty accurate.
Romo is nothing more than an average QB in the league right now and declining. I agree with that ranking.
Give Tony one of those defenses, he would be flavor of the month as well. That is all I meant, nothing more and nothing less. Romo is plenty good enough to take one of those teams to a SB but we will never know
Is a defense going to stop the brain farts?
As far as JUST THIS YEAR goes, I'd say he's around the 12/13 range...I can't put him as low as 15.
1. Peyton
2. Brady
3. Rodgers
4. Wilson
5. Luck
6. Foles
7. Rivers
8. Brees
9. Cam
10. Alex Smith
11. Kaepernick
12. Romo
Lol. The hate on Wilson is hysterical. Especially after winning a Super Bowl his 2nd year. Yet the praise Romo gets for accomplishing nothing is just silly. But I forgot, place Romo on all these other teams and he is a Super Bowl winner, too. Yeah, sure. Seahawks don't even make it to the Super Bowl with Romo. This GM is right. His instincts are not that great and he is not that accurate. Wilson is a very good QB and makes every play his team needs. Romo doesn't. Do you even watch any of his games or just talking out of your rear end because you see good defense and automatically think any QB can win? Have you seen the WRs he is throwing to? A bunch of JAGs.

"He has a blind spot. His instincts are just average and his accuracy is not consistent enough given the amount of times they let him wing it and that’s what he does...wing it. His mental toughness is suspect and physically he is the danger zone given his two back surgeries."
