i liked the pride timmy showed tonight! after getting schooled by bynum and gasol last night, he came out and had a vintage TD game!m i wonder if he could do it more often, just doesnt get the calls like he used to (not calls like from the ref, but calls from pop to feed him the ball). it would be epic/awesome if he got fed like he did tonight and performed accordingly come playoff time!

good day for the spurs overall with the heat losing and the clippers winning. Id rather be the two seed, have the heat below us in the standings, the clippers get the 3 and the lakers/grizzle the 4/5. if all that happens, i will be ecstatic! it would be almost impossible for us not to get to the conference finals!

That would be ideal to have these two teams beat up on each other in the first round. I would only want to have to face one of these teams and would prefer to do it as late as possible.

Why is everyone afraid of the Grizzlies......the Spurs took their best shot and beat em.

The only team that scares me is the Lakers.....and that is because we seem to have no answer for their rebounding....Bynum, Gasol, and Artest raped us on the glass and didn't even have the courtesy to offer up some KY before hand. Also, I saw the Houston game. Barnes couldn't buy a basket, neither could Blake. However, against us, they couldn't miss. Also, Artest has struggled with his shooting percentage since joining the Lakers, but against us, he chose to look like the Artest from Indiana or Houston.

Of course, they are a different team with Kobe in the lineup. Also, the Spurs seemed extremely content to just sit on the perimeter and chuck all night. I think in the final two meetings, the Spurs will attack more and try to get their bigs in foul trouble.

Still, I am not worried about OKC, LAC, Dallas, Memphis, Denver, Houston, Phoenix, Portland, and Utah....the only team that scares me is the Lakers, though I do believe the Mavs would give us the most trouble of the other teams I listed.

i agree, like ive always said, with gay playing, we would have won that series, they wouldnt have stumbled upon our biggest weakness so easily. Granted, id still rather face anyone else in the west but them and the lakers! i would take OKC in a conference finals matchup over the grizzle and lakers any day of the week! i fear the lakers the most as well, thats why id rather have them in the opposite bracket, i think the thunder and grizzle can beat them, im not so sure about us.

division title #18! awesome!! next week will be interesting with all the games we have! hopefully we can at least win one of the 2 games with the lakers, we should win the other 3 games easily so long as pop doesnt pull a popovich

We absolutely own our division.....We have been in the West for just over 30 years and we have 18 division titles....that is awesome.

awesome performance! big 3 played less than 15 minutes each! hopefully that will prevent pop from pulling a "popovich" on wednesday vs the kings! we probably need 1 more loss from OKC to give us a good chance at the 1 seed, knowing pop will sacrifice some games

We REALLY need to win this game tonight! It will be tough but I think we will at the very least keep it close this time! If we can win tonight that will go a long way towards avoiding the lakers in the second round and getting the #1 seed! Although the lakers schedule is tough and the clippers have a cake walk so it's possible that we end up playing them as the 1-4 anyway

Duncan needs to stay on Bynum every second he is out there, or they need to double him. We are winning, but if I didn't notice the score I'd swear we are getting destroyed! That's not a good sign for the spurs, they need to play a lot better
