Just makes the Trey Lance trade look worse.
Not necessarily. It may have been the Trey Lance trade that lit a fire in the quarterback room. Especially amongst the backups.

He sucks. His sidearm, elbow hitched to his body throwing motion is horrible and costing his accuracy big time. He struggles to read defenses and to make throws into tight windows. He literally needs receivers to be wide open for he to throw to. Here. Study his tape.Lance checks every box. Size, mobility, arm strength. These things cannot be "coached". And he is only 23 years old!
You kids... this isn't Madden. If it was up to the live in the moment crowd Will Grier would be our starting QB on opening day. Lol
Most likely true, so why get rid of your backup who woke up and lit it up tonight? Not necessarily. It may have been the Trey Lance trade that lit a fire in the quarterback room. Especially amongst the backups.
Lol...so one night against UPS drivers erases years of showing nothing? He dink and dunked all night...the few passes downfield were mostly wildly inaccurate.100% agree.
Lance has a horrible sidearm with a hitch and elbow tucked too close type of throwing motion that likely contributes to his many misthrows. That's not including his struggles to read defenses better and inability to accurately throw the ball into tight windows. He literally needs receivers to be wide open.
Will Grier showed tonight he is the complete opposite of Trey Lance. Grier was lights out! Better than Cooper Rush. If Cowboys let Grier go, I feel it's going to be a big mistake.
Yeah? Show the tape if you truly believe all the bunk you just spewed. I would post it, but it would make you look so bad.Lol...so one night against UPS drivers erases years of showing nothing? He dink and dunked all night...the few passes downfield were mostly wildly inaccurate.
You have now. He was holding against players that won’t be playing next week.
We is the fanzone collectiveYou might have, but I didn't hate him.
I'm so scared...LMAO. Are you 12?Yeah? Show the tape if you truly believe all the bunk you just spewed. I would post it, but it would make you look so bad.
Please...show me how bad I look. Just show the passes more than 15 yards downfield please. You know. The missed bomb to a wide open Johnson for 6. The one down the right side to no one.Yeah? Show the tape if you truly believe all the bunk you just spewed. I would post it, but it would make you look so bad.
No, just definitely much smarter and experienced than you high school band boy.I'm so scared...LMAO. Are you 12?
Exactly. This was the most important game Grier has played in quite some time. It’s his audition tape to not be sitting on the couch this yearNot necessarily. It may have been the Trey Lance trade that lit a fire in the quarterback room. Especially amongst the backups.
Worse. Our fans who hah on the boys are all old dudes for the most partI'm so scared...LMAO. Are you 12?
I'll help. First qtr. Play at 3:46. Then at 3:40. Then 9:56 of the second. Next 3:59 of the second. Last downfield pass 12:32 of the 4th. Nice pass to a wide open receiver. Other 4 bad. Evey other pass is described in the play by play as short pass. Or are you saying he wasn't playing against UPS drivers ? OK, ya got me...future UPS drivers.Yeah? Show the tape if you truly believe all the bunk you just spewed. I would post it, but it would make you look so bad.

Every QB misses passes. I don't think we should try to take away from the game Grier had to make the Lance trade look better. However, we do need to realize that it is one game. Like with Lance being taken in the first round, Grier showed some things that got him drafted in the third round. He has/had some potential and occasionally it shows, like in this game. But he's in his fifth year and you get to the point where you need to see more than potential. Lance is in his third year. He gets a little more time to see if he can progress before he suffers a similar fate as Grier.Please...show me how bad I look. Just show the passes more than 15 yards downfield please. You know. Had they not made the Lance trade its likely Grier makes the team. However, he was underwhelming in the other preseason games which put him on the bubble to begin with.I've never seen a qb throw for 305 yards and 2 tds with 2 tds rushing and get cut.

Yeah, sometimes it's just best to let it go.Grier had a great night...
But the poster is just...well, I don't want to get another timeout like I did last week
Totally agree, K.I've also heard that even though he's pretty fast in a straightline, he's not all that mobile. Where does the info come from that he is?
Man, I've seen so much stuff just pulled out of a bum because someone likes/doesn't like a player.
