but we now have 2 Wilsons and if we can find 2 Kitchens, we can have 2 Cooks in the KitchenWe already have Brandon Cooks. Too many Cooks spoils the pot.

A dire need? The Dallas Cowboys have already secured their playoff spot, and if they beat the Washington Commanders on Sunday, they'll be NFC East champions and the NFC's No. 2 seed as well.
That's one reason Dallas should be at the top of Cook's list. The other is that the Cowboys have a dire need for a quality ball-carrier. Their offense has been plenty potent with Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb leading the charge, but the Cowboys have struggled to consistently move the ball on the ground.
He'd be cheap. I'm just saying.
Get a coaching job in college where a running back live on his own toughness.A dire need?
The Cowboys have a dire need for a formidable DT or MLB.
15 running plays on 1st down, and they averaged 2 yards per carry against the Lions. ...that's a playcalling issue and a blocking issue. And no RB we bring in will fix this.
This season, this offense is on Dak's shoulders. They should forego almost ALL 1st down runs (unless they're nursing a 2+ score lead), and instead use play action consistently, and get yards in the short passing game to RBs and TEs (more screens and such). Pollard can be used effectively to catch the ball in the middle of the field and in the flats. Or how about some jet sweeps with Turpin and others? Come on, McCarthy, get more creative please on 1st down!
So, yes, the Dallas offense has "struggled to consistently move the ball on the ground", but they don't need Cook, or Henry or anyone else...as they won't magically make this running game better. If we want to bring them in for depth since the Cowboys are a little banged up at RB, that could make sense...but Pollard still should be the #1 back. If anything, an added RB would take carries from Dowdle.
He can help MM with the run blocking scheme and play calling? This is blessing this teams need man.

It isn't bad and he gets a 3 week vacation to heal up.McCaffery has a calf injury. The 49ers will probably sign him.
Or just commit to the wishbone if we have all three active. Before people start to say “he’s washed”
Exactly what would you say about Pollard
A rotation between pollard, cook, and Rico are actually a nice punch and could rejuvenate our running game
I’m not gonna try to defend the statement. I think if a team sold out on stopping Ceedee, Pollard could go for 120.Get a coaching job in college where a running back live on his own toughness.
Only a fool thinks Pollard can carry for more than 60 yards against anyone in the playoffs. Now you be the fool to try and do just that..
A linebacker was just brought in...you are reference positional groups mentioned since the off season. Keep current as the top defensive tackle will be coming back into play by the playoffs...
For your bright eyes...that is a source referenced post.
